Very pretty after laying down the click and lock is not made well should be wider we leveled the floor and they still rise don't think that much of them /delivered to the store some corners was chiped made do after cutting off that part uses up against the wall

The color is as it is shown. The delivery was 2 days ahead of original estimate. All products came in good shape. I am very happy with our choice.

These panels are not 100% square. The ends touch during assembly, but there is a gap in the middle on many panels that we installed

The locking mechanism seemed inconsistent with some pieces butting up together tightly and some failing to do so. Using a block for the edges, I broke the locking edge on a few pieces trying to get it to lock together more tightly. Other than that issue, they look very nice. Other than that issue, I would purchase again. As it is, will be trying a different brand for the other rooms.

Although, I like the white sand hickory. I could not find matching transition strips. Which left me to use a transition that was not identical. In retrospect, I probably would have chosen something different because of that.

Great quality easy to install

Some of the planks did not lock correctly. We had to buy an extra box a week later and it was not as thick as the first boxes purchased. Definitely like the color.

Dealing with lots of edges breaking after install causing seems to lift

the warrant was incorrect. says 20 yrs comercial at your vendor when i got it home said 10 yrs comercial on box

Only 2 weeks into having the flooring so I can't speak on long term. Product is great. Very good quality and easy to work with. Factory cut with precision. Once locked in properly, seams are tight! The Home Depot shipping was not so good though. Some of the product was damaged. There was no damage to the shipping box but once opened up, the damage was very noticeable on the factory box which tells me that a worker did it before putting it in the shipping box and nothing was said to correct it prior to shipping out to the store which in turn becomes an added headache with the exchange process.

We purchased this flooring because it is beautiful and had good reviews. When our contractor tried to install it, the short seams didn’t line up properly and weren’t even. It looked cheap and defective. We attempted to return it to the store and since we had cut some of the pieces, they wouldn’t refund our money. I am highly disappointed with the customer service from Home Depot, and with the quality of craftsmanship of the planks. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Id buy Cortec instead. The ends wnd up pulling up, dont align properly. We laid down a cortec floor last year and it went down perfect without hardly any waste. Sadly I opened the boxes and until we got into it realized how poorly made it is. Love the color but quality is very poor. I wnded up 3 boxes short when i ordered extra because of so much waste with how cheap the boards were. I would have saved time and money had I bought Coretec. Plus Coretec is quieter and more sound absorbing.
