Product is very good but shipping was poor. This was my second purchase of tile from the app that came palletized with the tile boxes on their sides. This caused many tiles to be chipped, broken and unusable. I reported it both times to Home Depot but both times it fell on deaf ears. I will likely never order tile or any other fragile or breakable item from Home Depot.

We used this on our upstairs deck and it looks beautiful.

It looks great but I wish the finish weren’t so dull, a bit more shine would look better.

My husband installed the floor and he said it was an easy tile to install. Looks so nice in our main bathroom! Everyone compliments me on it, would definitely buy again.

This product made my bathroom floor look so exquisite that pictures are turning heads! Combined with the other elements: wall tile, shower floor tile, & accessories, the whole project came together!

Looks great, but I’m very unhappy. Six tiles have chipped already. Flooring down for four months only. My previous tile floor lasted twenty years with no chipping issue. The chips are small, but should not be happening. Poor quality!

Went down easy, no chipping at all. Floor looks fantastic. Everyone who sees it loves it. My son now going to do his bathroom with the same tile.

We have had lifeproof tile for under 3 years and the wear already showing is absolutely horrible. We might have to rip up our entire tile flooring throughout the house it looks that bad. We have 2 smaller dogs and 1 child, no reason it should be this bad!!!

My plastic trash can that can to be pulled out from underneath cabinet about every other day. Has rubbed finis of tiles. And to top it all of mop and glow will damage finish on tiles. I left on tiles about ten minutes while I was changing out mop water. It dried but when I passed the mop it stains did not come out.

I bought over $3500 worth of tile for my entire house and the installer said it kept cracking and breaking on the edges. I filed a claim and Datile would only refund the tile but not the labor to take out the tile. Now I have cracks and chips all over the house. I went back and bought another $1k worth of tile to replace the cracked tile and now the tile doesn’t match because even though the same sku they make hundreds of lots so now some of my floor is shiny and some is matte. Horrible customer service from Home Depot and Datile. I would never buy tile from then again. Buyers beware!!

BUYER BEWARE!! No where on Home Depots site does it describe the difference in appearance in dye lot numbers from the manufacturer. Purchased the Lifeproof Shadow wood at Home Depot and ran short of what was needed. Went back and bought the same exact sku only to find out its a completely different color! Thinking it was a mistake I called Home Depot who could only refer me to the manufacturer in which I was told that there are 25-30 different dye lot numbers in which every single one would present a different color shade on the finished product. Asked if I could order more of that specific dye lot to finish my basement and was told it would be impossible to order because that dye lot was no longer being produced. Thousands of dollars invested into this material as well as labor only to realize after its too late that I am now stuck with a very poorly designed product that will not match in the end. I hope Home Depot will list this common issue somewhere in the details so other buyers may avoid the same waste of time and money that I have on this product

My family and I looked at so many tiles before agreeing on this one. My wife picked this tile. At first I didn't like it, I thought it looked a bit too pale. My concern quickly evaporated after installation. They look exactly like hardwood flooring. We couldn't be happier. Tip: When looking at samples, take them home and wipe off the dust so that you can see their true color.

Everyone who sees this loves it! We laid it on our bathroom floor to go with HD’s Carrara porcelain shower surround. It picks up the grey tones beautifully. It is also a great transition from our HD Vigo Gris floor tile we laid in the rest of the living space.

The tile was installed on my back patio and looks gorgeous.

Great timeless look. waterproof,slip proof, stain proof, what else do you want from a tile? Great value. The installer told me he didn't lose a single piece from cracking/breakage/chipping while sawing,etc. (nor shipping)

Decided to redo 1 of my bathrooms and use the shadow wood for the bathroom floor. It was perfect.

After figuring out how to alternate the tiles we, as first-timers, were able to install easily. These tiles are a no-brainer in kitchen and bathroom, where the gritty surface is fairly slip-proof when wet. We have dropped a pan on them, and damaged the pan, but the tile was unfazed.

We decided to go with the Toffee Wood finish on both of our living rooms as well as dining area while using a transition tile effect and very satisfied with the finished product. The soacing used was 1/4” for grout and we’ve had several compliments!

I am happy with the slip resistant floor tile. It looks like real wood! Our family thinks it’s hard wood floors until they touch it.

Some tiles have a sheen to them that others don’t and it’s very noticeable. Now that we have finished our entire downstairs we have to start over with something else. Not happy at all.

I LOVE this tile! It is durable, nonslip & looks amazing!! I liked it so much I added it to 3 more areas of my home (6 areas total). The only downfall I had is that you never knew what tile patterns (or how many of each) you were going to get in each box. I believe there were about 15 different tile patterns, so you had a lot to choose from. We just opened most of the boxes to layout a really nice looking floor pattern.

I installed blond wood in my bathroom and laundry room floor and one wall. The Good: 1) Feels good on your feet 2) Water Proof (kind of) The Bad: 1) Thinset and Grout are incredibly hard to clean off of the textured surface. SOOOO much scrubbing. It came right off of the polished tile on the walls. But this lifeproof tile was a nightmare 2) Lots of shattered, chipped, and scratched pieces. I think I bought 10 boxes and probably had 14 tile that were unusable. 3) The tile fade after cleaning them. They are light tile to start with but after a few time cleaning to get the grout and thinset off of them they faded quite a bit. Also, even though these are marketed as porcelain I'm pretty sure they're only rated as ceramic. I would not use these again. I don't think I'll ever use a textured tile again.

PRODUCT IS GREAT! HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES AT MY HOME DEPOT LOCATION SEEM TO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT PORCELAIN MEANS AND THEY WERE ROUGH WITH IT CAUSING SEVERAL TILES TO BREAK.

Love this tile. Looks so natural and a great color. Used it in our kitchen. Cleans beautifully. This so much more than we expected.

we love this tile. It looks beautiful!! it is no slip and easy to walk on. I only mopped it once and then I use the swiffer on it and it works great! My living room and family room look entirely different and we love it!!
