Purchased in December, arrived on January 10th. Has literally leaked from the moment we filled it. I've spent way too much money, time, and effort now trying to find this stupid leak. Positives - It's sturdy, it's pretty, I love seeing the water in it and the pretty lights on....until the leaking inevitably starts. I'm not allowed to discuss customer service in reviews so...... Just save your money and get a good brand. I'm now stuck with a leaking hot tub on my back patio that's too dang heavy to move and there is no reputable spa person who will touch these things. When I say I must have gotten a lemon, that's an understatement. I think I got the whole lemon tree.

Read lots of reviews on this spa as had some questions on quality, reliability, performance. Was concerned about the 110V and pump/heater combo. Have had this installed now for two weeks and this spa has exceeded my expectations. No leaks in fittings, water temp at filling was 51 degrees and took 44 hours to heat up to 103 degrees and has held that since. First week of operation temps were 30-50 and it did not run much. Our daytime temps have been in 60's and 70's for last week and the spa barely runs except for 1x per hour self check and the 2 auto filter cycles. Jets are more than sufficient for massage and air bubbles, light and waterfall are nice touches. Built-in Ozonator is major plus. Temps do not fall during use, in fact I find with the pump running during use temp actually can increase a degree (remember pump is also the heater). Cover fits perfect and like I said is maintaining 103 degrees without running much. Seating for 5 is two bench seats for 2 average size adults and the lounge position. I usually use it alone so very spacious, 3 or 4 adults would be comfortable, but 5 is very doable. Last spa I owned was 20 years ago, was a high end 220v spa, all the bells and whistles ... would probably be a $12,000+ spa now (not including the 220V prep) ... this Lifesmart spa performs comparably in my opinion. I would recommend this spa to anyone.

This spa exceeds our expectations. We go dirt bike riding almost ever weekend and it's wonderful to come a soak our sore bones in this spa. Sits 3 perfectly and I'm sure up to 5 of us would be fine. This light & waterfall are a relaxing feature. We've had it 2 months. I can't wait to see how my husband expands it when he builds a "deck" & gazebo around it.

The spa arrived in a timely manner and was packaged for easy handling. You will need 2-3 good friends to help you move the spa into place since delivery is only to the curb or driveway in the front of your house. The spa was well protected and had no damage. All the fittings were tight and we had no leaks once we filled it and turned it on. We did a lot of research about spas and finally settled on the Bahama DLX based on its features and price point. It is an excellent value. We were hesitant to purchase a "plug-n-play" model because of the single pump and lower output heater. We have been pleasantly surprised by the power of the pump and the heating efficiency of the DLX. Do not be apprehensive about purchasing this spa.

When received the spa the led light was broken at the factory there QC needs to do a better job.Had to wait a week for the replacement light before I could use the spa. Since that the spa works great

Spa is high quality, easy to maintain, and worth the money. Since purchasing this unit in early 2018 my family has enjoyed the therapeutic jets and warm water at least 5 out of 7 days a week. This spa was the perfect centerpiece to our backyard oasis. Color changing setting are super fun. The waterfall is nice thought not sure if it is necessary. Most times we leave it off so to make the jets stronger. Delivery was great. Thought they say they drop at the end of the driveway the delivery guys were more than happy to bring the unit up to the garage. If you have extremely hard water there is a water filter that can plug into the end of your garden hose that is available for purchase online. This filter did make adjusting the water level easier.

We love this hot tub! It is everything we expected and more! Love the waterfall and light. We screened in our porch so we could put this there for use year around with protection. The two great granddaughters love the waterfall! The only thing we would recommend is to make the handles easier to turn on. I have trouble trying to turn them. We didn't get the tub set up until the end of March waiting to get the porch finished.

We love our Lifesmart spa and highly recommend it. It fits our deck perfectly. This spa exceeded our expections! Set up was easy and the spa is basically maintenance free!

I have owned this SPA for one year. It is very easy to set up and maintain. There has been no issues. I don't see any difference in my electric bill. It might run the heater automatically 3 to 4 times a day and maintains the heat with the included cover nicely. I remove the filter and clean it weekly along with a weekly shock. I never have issues with the water maintenance. The jets are strong and has helped relieve sore muscles. You can adjust jets on one side to make others stronger. It was delivered curb side at the end of my driveway. It will take 3 to 4 strong people to move it.

Ordered this spa after quite a bit of research on plug-and-play models. Have now been using it for a oouple of months and I am very pleased with it's performance. Delivery was as advertised and on time. Had no issues moving it from my front drive to the back of the house. Was easily able to get it though a standard sized gate on a chain link fence. Set up was no problem. No leaks were discoved around any of the fittings and hoses during filling, start up or operation. All features on the spa worked exactly as they should. Cover is well built and well insultated. With the heat unit being built into the pump the spa holds it's temperature during jet operation very well. Also, purchased the Lifesmart steps and with them my wife (5'2") can easily get in and out of the spa. Would definitely recommend this product based on my experience to date.
