Got on a %50 sale! Plugs right in and heats right up. So easy!

Its really nice , the grandkids love it.

This product worked for two days before giving a '427' code and shutting itself off. A few days later it resets and then same thing after a few hours running. Expensive tub and can't enjoy it. Only tuns for a few hours at a time. Repair call from THD was less than helpful. Repair service is coming a full 5 weeks after the problem was reported (which I am still waiting for). Don't buy this product and don't trust Home Depot to support your purchase or even return your call to get them to come get it.

We received our hot tub earlier than projected which was great. I had the pad and electrical box already done so it was easy to put it on with help from three other guys. Put in water, plugged it in and bamm worked like a champ. Checked for water leaks do to shipping and yeah there was none. Put the electrical line inside an indoor/outdoor flex conduit. Reconnected the electrical cord, buried the line and it's all done. We can hardly hear the pump inside the house with the windows open and it's only two feet away from the wall. Jets are very adequate for us. Wish the manual gave a little more info about little things like, the pump stays on until the water reaches the temperature you have it set to. Called the support number about a couple things and they were very nice and helpful. Very happy so far.

We were so excited when we ordered this hot tub and it even came early! But that was short lived. 6 days after receiving it, it stopped working. Took 3 calls to the manufactures customer service center to get a tech to call to come out and fix it. Since my husband couldn't answer his phone and it took him a day or two to call him back, the tech stated he has already been to our area and won't return for another 2 weeks. Yes, really! I call customer service back to see if they can get another company to come out and service it. I was told that I could only talk to the guy that originally set up my service order ticket and no one else could help me, but he wasn't available and would call me back. I finally hear from him the next day when I was unable to answer my phone. I call him back within an hour and as expected, he was out to lunch. It is now 2 business days later and I am still waiting for him to call me back. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Finally called home depot to tell them to come and get it. Home Depot Customer service was awesome. It's too bad they do business with LifeSmart. Won't buy another LifeSmart or affiliated product. Really enjoyed for the 5 days we were able to use it.

This spa is great! Delivery was quicker than expected. Set up is truly plug and play. The cover is perfect as well.

Pump failed at just under 3 years....Great tub, easy to use and fairly efficient. I purchased this tub new at Home Depot July 13, 2016 and the only negative I would say is the pump went out recently. Its been a bit of a hassle trying to get the exact replacement, I called the company and they told me they do not sell parts, to contact a spa pump repair company which is non existent in my town. There are many pumps to buy online but I just want to make sure I get an exact replacement. So It would be nice if the company or Home Depot carried parts or could get them.

So far this product has been amazing for the price we paid for it.

Easy Plug and Play. Like how light it is, for moving. Looks nice. Does loose a few degrees per hour with the cover off.

We just set it up and it got hot quickly and stays hot. It is not as nice as the Caldera Spa we used to have, this feels more plastic and is a grey color that is kinda boring but it does the job.We bought this tub when it was on sale ($2600)

I was concerned for the amp draw on this plug & play as I originally thought that the tub was on a dedicated line, then after ordering I remembered that my sump pump is also in this train, but so far, even in single digit temps, this thing still stays at 106 and has never tripped the breaker - I've even plugged a LED tv into the mix on a couple of occasions - it's been a great joy so far!

It meets all the conditions that were promised. However, having had earlier a bigger spa with more powerful jets I feel like this is a downgrade. Well, I guess the price reflects the difference.Anyway, I plan to soak in it until I turn to a prune.

So far so good, filled it up, plugged it it and 2 1/2 days later it was up to 105. we love the lights the jets are just right. Delivery was okay. No issues as of yet!

BUYER BEWARE, HIGH ELECTRIC USE!!!!! We were so excited to order this product, waited 6 weeks for the delivery, set up was easy after hiring an electrician to install a dedicated 110 V plug. The first couple of weeks was great, adjusting the chemicals took practice,,,then I began to wonder why the tub motor pump ran 24/7 even when the heat temp was reached. Then we got our electric bill that normally is $80-95 monthly. With the new hot tub our BILL WAS $490.00 !!!!! Called the home depot who said to call Lifesmart,who refused to believe the tub was at fault. We hired more people to check all the amps in the home to rule out another issue, everything was ok, except the hot tub drawing 9 amps 24/7 continuously. After insisting on a tech to come out, they couldn't find a company in our area to service their product!! We live about 50 miles north of NYC in a very populated suburban area. Yet no support at all was available. After countless, and I do mean countless calls and nonsense from Lifesmart, with absolutly NO PRODUCT SUPPORT !! We called home depot, after all they did sell the product. After many calls to them, they decided to take it back, well forget about getting a shipping company to retrieve this. A big headache and expense for this tub. Home depot did come thru in the end, retrieving the tub and giving a full refund. The Lifesmart company was horrible, would NEVER buy from them

Beware: we are on day #4 and the hot tub has still not reached 100 degrees. This is taking MUCH longer than any of the reviews we read earlier had indicated. Yes, we're in Colorado and it's winter, but this wait is not at all what we expected, or want. We may come back to update our review once this tub has heated up (and stays heated), but at this point we're having serious concerns.

HOW TO INCREASE TEMP TO 106 This is a perfect hot tub for us. I took it to the back yard myself in the back of my F-150, then offloaded it using 2X4s as a ramp. Set it up on a cement slab, plugged it in to a dedicated circuit and...waited. Two days to get to temperature. But that was six weeks ago and it's been at temp since. However, 104 degrees isn't hot enough for us, but that's the maximum. To make it go to 106 simply press and HOLD the temperature "UP" button for as long as it takes. May take 45 seconds but only took about 20 for me. Then you can take it to 105 or 106. At 106 it's MUCH better.

I LOVE this hot tub! The jets are positioned perfectly. The seating is perfect for me and my wife. It could fit a few more, but it might be a little cramped. The lighting is perfect. The waterfall is cute. My grand-kids enjoyed it, but I usually leave it off. It is extremely efficient and additional electric costs have been negligible. Winterizing is easy. And, the price was FANTASTIC!

Love this tub, only had it about a month, but warmed up very quickly, love the light and waterfall feature! Great for the money!

Great jacuzzi, easy to set up, use and relax in. Great plug and play, easy to use controls and quiet. The easy to clean and low maintenance surround is awesome. Just hose it off when dusty. Perfect to lounge in while living at the beach. Always warm and ready to go!

Very easy to set up. The jets work great. The manufacturer, didn’t include the cover , it will take 5-7 business days, for it, to be delivered.

Great product for the price! Warmed up to 104 in 24 hours. Nice tub for the price. Not the most powerful jets but very adequate.

Awesome hot tub! Been in it every night for the last 2 weeks and I have no complaints. Everything works as it should. Do yourself a favor and take a water sample to a hot tub store so they can tell you exactly what chemicals to put in. We were looking at hot tubs for a few months and my wife came across this one on sale on Labor Day for less than $2,900 delivered! Delivery alone must have been at least $500 from San Diego to Florida. Then the next week it went back up to $4,999. Plug-and-play is the way to go

We renovated our outdoor shower area in the backyard and added a Lifesmart 5-person spa. I would highly recommend this model. It's super comfortable and easy to maintain. I'd say it's comfortable for 4 normal size people, 5 is a bit tight. We really love our spa and highly recommend it.
