This is a value spa, well made and affordably priced. Says it seats 7, more like 5 maximum, 4 defined bench seats. Wish it had a reclining laydown seat, only thing lacking. The inner shell is coarse, not smooth and hard to clean. Jets are strong but very noisy including the heater jet which comes on for about 5 min every 30 min when on max heat 104 degrees, the water fall is a joke and no value added. The LED light is nice with several colors, red is a little disturbing. Item delivered ahead of schedule, 6 weeks. I had the delivery guys slide this on the bed of my truck so I could maneuver it behind my home, 4 people to move off truck (600lbs+), easy DIY install once it was in place. I paid $4,699 on sale and based on what I got I am satisfied. Hope this helps.

Absolutely an awesome hot tub. The jets have more power than you need, you can turn them down if it is too much power. The jets are everywhere. Once hot it stays hot. My family of five fit perfect. You won’t be disappointed. Also whenever I call Life Spa, they pick up the phone and help. Life Spa has great customer service.
The waterfalll and lights are also very cool.

This is our first hot tub and we are very pleased. It is advertised as a 7 person tub but I cannot see 7 adults in this tub, 5 is more like it.. It could also use another LED light. It only has one.
The only disappointing thing we had was that it took over 2 months to receive it and the delivery/trucking company ( CV logistics) would not place it where we wanted it go. The driver had told me as long as you have continuous concrete to where you want it we can place it there. They failed to do that and in addition the delivery window was noon to 6pm and they did not show up till 7pm. They finally called me at 610pm and said they were running behind. The next day myself and several buddies placed the tub where it belonged and it was up and running within 48 hours. We have had the tub for one week and have enjoyed it .

Disposable Hot Tub
The hot tub was fantastic for the first year or so, but then the issues started occurring. The vapor barrier in the cover failed leaving us with an extremely heavy cover. A short time later the controller panel had to be replaced as it developed condensation. The killer occurred when it sprung a leak. The repairman referred to our hot tub as a disposable hot tub because it's nearly impossible to access the jets, hoses, etc. because the hot tub and it's exterior are one solid piece of plastic.

Good news, there is a 2-year warranty on your cover. If the cover is taking on water weight, please contact our Customer Service team so the cover can be replaced under warranty at no cost to you. Please also have your Repairman contact us as well to address the leak issue. The plumbing lines and jet bodies can be accessed from the bottom. When we manufacture the shells, we make cutouts in the bottom of the shell and install the jet bodies and plumbing lines through the bottom cutouts. We leave these open on purpose in case a leak repair ever needs to be done. Your technician repairman should contact us for repair guidance as we can help resolve your issue. This tub is junk!!!
Do not buy this tub. It took me almost 3 months for delivery. Several weeks past the delivery date. The whole tub leaked out. Called in. They have you take off the side. Everything was tight. There is no way for me to fix the leak. I have owned two other hot tubs. This things is junk. It is cheap cheap material. I can’t wait to get rid of this thing as soon as possible. Warning the price is way expensive for the garbage you get. First review I have ever wrote in over 40 yrs that is how bad.

You’ll never get it!
I spent $5k on a hot tub in May and am being told Home Depot doesn’t know when or if it will ever show up. I can’t get help. No one else to call. I’m just out $5k and have to dispute it with our credit card after you held my money for over a month!

jets are cracking
The hot tub was delivered fine and installed on slab with no problems. Quality seemed to be good with no problems until shortly after the warranty expired! About 18 mos. in the hot tub developed a slow leak, after much searching we found the leak, a mini jet had cracked were it screws into the jet body. I called the manufacture rep and they were no help warranty is only a year. Trying to find parts for this tub is difficult. Finally repaired the jet about 12 bucks in parts. Then about 3 months later another jet cracked in the same way. So I'm on my third jet replacement now and have barely been able to use my tub. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOT TUB!

next since there is a 3/4 inch hole in the control panel for that size wire clamp why would you have a 1/2 inch hole at the entrance of the tub??? too bad i found this out after filling the tub. there was not enough room to send a drill in there to ream out a larger hole so guess what i just let it lay there on the deck!
last but not beautiful least :) the lugs that you attach the wire to is actually connected on the actual board so if you are using structural wire for example 6/3 or 8/3 you have to be super careful not to literally destroy it. there is simply not enough room to go and loop back to the harness. something is only as good as its weakest link so it is what it is expect the worst and hope for the best cheers!

A few engineering flaws.
The designers overlooked a few issues. There is a plastic “frisbee” that covers the filter. When people sit in the tub and the water rises, the frisbee will undoubtedly float around the hot tub. Secondly, the waterfall is entirely unnecessary. When sitting in the waterfall seat, it will be lodged in the middle of your back. It’s location eliminates one of the available seats. Finally, the drain hose should be bigger, as a gravity drain will take several hours to complete.

First hot tub, enjoying it
I got mine around the time covid started about a year & a half ago. It is my first hot tub and I use it at last 3 - 4 times during the week minimum (I've also been in it for almost 4 hours straight over a weekend day where my wife says I must be daydreaming in there). During the work week I go in about 630 a.m. and listen to the birds / watch sunrise at my setting of 100 degrees and may not turn on the jets much. It is peaceful way of starting out the day without worrying about the bugs.
It was discounted when I purchased it, won't pay full price. In reading all of the other reviews before writing this, I agree with most of the comments, but give the unit a 4 - 5 star. There are more expensive and larger unit with more features, but your going to pay more. There is one item that nobody has written about, the top is bulky and it takes two teenagers or my wife & one kid. An adult male can handle it (not a sexist comment).

Perfect Hot Tub
We are in love with this hot tub! Our first hut tub, and I believe well worth the price. The shell is plastic, which is why it’s more affordable, but I love it. It isn’t rough like stated, and the many jets are fabulous! Had six adults in here easily, and we were all comfortable. The lights are great, too. Temp stays consistent. So happy with my purchase.

poor filter , material used rough inside hot tube , difficult to keep clean
Purchased 4 months ago worst decision. Shell of tub is rough and hard to keep clean, filter has poor design, heat pump is loud, control panel difficult to use with limited control of pumps. Thought i was getting a deal at 4k would never recommend even if someone gave it to me for free. Back to the heat pump we have this spa outside near our pool and fire pit and is very load when not in use sometimes we have to just turn the breaker off so we dont have to listen to the spa. DONT BUY.

This is not a $8000. hot tub!! $4000. Maybe. Sandpaper schell finish Ouch!!!
If you like sitting on wet sandpaper, you will love this spa. This is by far the worst spa shell I have ever been in. The finish is horrible.
Everything else as advertised. We paid $3999. HD offered in In June for $3799. OK value at $3500. Buy something else. You will be much happier.

great value
Bought this at the beginning of quarentene and this has been a life saver! Great hot tub for the money. Customer support has been excellent! Called Lifesmart twice, once when the electrician wired it in wrong and once when a sponge got past the filter and I needed advice figuring out a fix. Very happy. Six adults is a tight fit but doable. If you spend three grand more you can get a tub with stainless jets and a little more slick finish. But I think this is a good bang for your buck. Mechanically sound. Jets are strong. Led changing light is a fun plus. Would buy again

Money well spent
Free delivery went smoothly. I paid a moving company and an electrician. It was set up in no time. The tub heats up quickly and holds temperature quite well. Our first month had temps in the 30’s. There are separate controls for each motor. The low settings are pretty powerful. I’ve don’t even use the high setting. The cover is easy to use and isn’t too heavy.

The spa arrived 3 days after the original delivery date of 2 weeks. Please note - home delivery direct delivery means delivered to your driveway. Please note any signs of pallet damage at delivery. The spa works great with 90 jets & nice features. However, ours leaks and has to be returned.

The tub is great. The first one I’ve ever owned so I don’t have a lot to base it off of but the jets are powerful, the temperature holds well, it seats a family of 5 easily and it’s easy to use. The set up was straightforward with an electrician on hand. Moving the tub to the back yard was tough.

do not buy it!
This hot tub is not worth the price! I read the reveiws and they were all good so i went with it, terrible mistake. Everything started from the delivery; they drop the hot tub off on your driveway so good luck trying to find someone (company) that would move it to desired location; we had to move it ourselves (6 people) after a lot of research and prayers! This hot tub’s surface is VERY rough, feels like you are sitting on sand paper, the filtration system is not that great and it takes forever for the resin smell to go away; the jets are powerfull but with having 2 pumps get ready for your power bill to go up more than normal. I wish i could return this item!!
