Absolutely an awesome hot tub. The jets have more power than you need, you can turn them down if it is too much power. The jets are everywhere. Once hot it stays hot. My family of five fit perfect. You won’t be disappointed. Also whenever I call Life Spa, they pick up the phone and help. Life Spa has great customer service.
The waterfalll and lights are also very cool.

This is our first hot tub and we are very pleased. It is advertised as a 7 person tub but I cannot see 7 adults in this tub, 5 is more like it.. It could also use another LED light. It only has one.
The only disappointing thing we had was that it took over 2 months to receive it and the delivery/trucking company ( CV logistics) would not place it where we wanted it go. The driver had told me as long as you have continuous concrete to where you want it we can place it there. They failed to do that and in addition the delivery window was noon to 6pm and they did not show up till 7pm. They finally called me at 610pm and said they were running behind. The next day myself and several buddies placed the tub where it belonged and it was up and running within 48 hours. We have had the tub for one week and have enjoyed it .
poor filter , material used rough inside hot tube , difficult to keep clean

Purchased 4 months ago worst decision. Shell of tub is rough and hard to keep clean, filter has poor design, heat pump is loud, control panel difficult to use with limited control of pumps. Thought i was getting a deal at 4k would never recommend even if someone gave it to me for free. Back to the heat pump we have this spa outside near our pool and fire pit and is very load when not in use sometimes we have to just turn the breaker off so we dont have to listen to the spa. DONT BUY.

If you like sitting on wet sandpaper, you will love this spa. This is by far the worst spa shell I have ever been in. The finish is horrible.
Everything else as advertised. We paid $3999. HD offered in In June for $3799. OK value at $3500. Buy something else. You will be much happier.

Bought this at the beginning of quarentene and this has been a life saver! Great hot tub for the money. Customer support has been excellent! Called Lifesmart twice, once when the electrician wired it in wrong and once when a sponge got past the filter and I needed advice figuring out a fix. Very happy. Six adults is a tight fit but doable. If you spend three grand more you can get a tub with stainless jets and a little more slick finish. But I think this is a good bang for your buck. Mechanically sound. Jets are strong. Led changing light is a fun plus. Would buy again

Free delivery went smoothly. I paid a moving company and an electrician. It was set up in no time. The tub heats up quickly and holds temperature quite well. Our first month had temps in the 30’s. There are separate controls for each motor. The low settings are pretty powerful. I’ve don’t even use the high setting. The cover is easy to use and isn’t too heavy.
