Unfolded and expanded easily, Noticed minimal odor.
Did not give enough support in areas I needed like lower back and shoulders, I even turned it over to use the solid side with no success.
Was very difficult to repackage for return,

I've had this topper for over a month and truly feel the difference it's made on my sleep. My mattress feels amazing and no aches when I wake up. The only reason I removed a star is because of the dimensions. The topper is slightly bigger than my mattress and some corners are bulky under the fitted sheet. I've considered cutting it, but not sure if that will impact the integrity or quality of the product. If you can live with bulky corners like me, highly recommend this topper :)

Advertising somewhat deceptive. With egg crate design on one side, it can't be flipped over and loses some of the density

This topper does have an egg crate design which lowers the thickness of the topper in some areas. However, the topper can be flipped over if you'd like, and doing so won't damage the topper.
