used to attach a vanity top
Used the Liquid Nails 10 oz. heavy duty construction adhesive to install the new counter top for the vanity in our bathroom. The liquid nails was easy to apply with a caulk gun, it has a even flow and no strong smell. The next day the counter top was firmly bonded to the vanity and ready for years of service.

Good stuff
I use liquid nail for most of my construction adhesive applications. It's very easy to use with a caulking gun and the set time isn't so fast that you don't have time to work with it. I recommend purchasing caulk plugs/caps to seal the top after you're done using it so you get some more life out of it later on down the line.

Zero adhesion, never dried.
Perhaps this an expired older tube, but this one did not tack and never dried even after several days. As you can imagine it took me way longer to clean this mess up then it took me to do the project itself - patching some rotten wood deck siding. At the same time I purchased a tube of Liquid Nails Subfloor and decided to test it by glue-ing some painting sticks together: no adhesion there either. This brand is pure rubbish. Please choose a different brand.

I use this for various projects, especially outdoors since it is rated for outdoor use. The adhesive forms a strong bond once compressed and set. When using on wood, I use screws as well for a stronger bond. Applies easily with a caulk gun and cleans up easy as well. Light layers of excess can be sanded off as well.

I use liquid nail for all my drywall projects. Every piece is glued and screwed for a strong hold. I always have at least 6 tubes on hand for many different uses.

Instead of filling the land fill with my old hollow doors, I fixed them up by adding trim I cut to size with our chop saw. I filled in the door hollow with spray foam for insulation and sound dampening. I used liquid nails to adhere the trim and held in place while drying with painters tape. Then caulked the edges of the trim so the trim looks like it's part of the door. Then primed with gray Kilz and then painted this graphite color in semi gloss. It's been over one year and the trim are still very attached.

Do not get me wrong.... I don't absolutely love this product but I have been using it for decades (as I use it by the case as a home builder). Its taken me over a year to write this review but I am finally getting to the end of my rope with frustration over the amount of waste extracted from these 10 oz tubes. At first I thought it was a passing phase (manufacturing defect, soon to be rectified) but after a few years of experiencing this on a continued basis I feel I need to speak up. Liquid Nail manufactures this product with trapped and pressurized air mixed into the recipe inside the tubes (maybe just to reduce the amount of product so they can charge the same price as if it is completely full?). I am not sure why this has been a problem over the past few years when it hasn't in previous years. Its getting ridiculous and costing my company a lot of money to keep on with supporting this product. Each time you open up a new tube and attempt to run a bead and then stop, it continues (due to internal pressure) to extract out the end until it farts out that particular pocket of air (though the amount of air pockets if numerous per tube). Of course I relieve the pressure from the gun mechanics as well, but it does nothing to stop the flow. I am deciding to move over to Loctite based on the reviews I see of that product. Even if you pay more you don't lose so much in the form of waste, which makes you pay more, and for a lower-grade product. ...Ridiculous! ...NO MORE!

Most versatile, inexpensive adhesive on the market. Shrinks as it dries which further pulls the glued product in for added strength. Holds drywall to studs, countertops to cabinets, etc.. Highly recommend! I buy cases of this every few months or so.
