Did the job just had to clean

Heavy duty, professional quality item. Minimal assembly is required, all you have to do is attach the two handles using the four supplied nuts and bolts. The handles do make the griddle quite high, and in fact the little warming shelf in my grill has to be removed to get it underneath. It is about 6-3/4" high. I may remove the handles if that becomes an issue. The underside has two diagonal struts that give it very good strength. The fat trough is wide enough to take a standard width paper towel, which they recommend to have in place while cooking. The surface heated up quicker than I expected even though it is two inches or so about the original barbecue grill. It is ideal for cooking small, or flat shaped food, not so much for round sausages which is one of the first things I tried on it! Clean up was easy. I used a razor blade scraper and a scourer before placing it in the dishwasher. I think this is a great gift for anyone who loves grilling and thinks they have everything already! Certainly a well made professional product, making grilling on this griddle quite enjoyable and tasty!! It's a keeper! This griddle grills foods nice and evenly. The high walls work well in keeping food in. I actually like this size of griddle for my wife and I, as we can grill items we need on the griddle taking up half of the grill cooking area and then other food items on the other half of the cooking area. I did have a little difficulty turning food towards at the back where our warming rack sits. All the instructions were written simply and were easy to follow. The product suggestion to place a wet paper towel in the grease trough was a good one, making clean up easier. I recommend this product, I've only had it a couple weeks and have become a big fan!

The Little Griddle Stainless Steel Barbecue Griddle weighs in around 9 lbs. and measures, with handles on, 16” deep, 14” wide and 6 ¾” tall. It is well made of stainless steel in China, and requires a small amount of easy assembly to install the handles. I have been using the griddle on an older gas BBQ. The griddle takes up 2 of 4 gas burners and requires a 15 minute pre-heat with my not very hot grill. Once hot, the griddle is excellent. I have cooked hamburgers, chicken breast, blackened catfish, quesadillas, fried rice and vegetables, all with a small amount of oil, and with excellent non-stick results. Cooking time is reasonable but perhaps a little slower than other methods, but as I mentioned my grill is not that hot. The high sidewalls that surround the cooking surface keep food on the griddle and aid in plating food especially the fried rice. Clean up consists of scraping the surface, adding some extra water or oil, and using a griddle cleaning pad. Results are not perfect but they are acceptable. At first glance, I thought this griddle was quite large but after using it I feel that it is good for one or two meals at a time only. For example, I was able to cook 1 catfish fillet, reheat rice and finish some vegetables all at the same time but it was only enough for 1 serving. This is fine for me but some cooks may want to consider the bigger model. The Little Griddle Stainless Steel Barbecue Griddle is a terrific, well-built cooking tool, far exceeding my expectations. I look forward to using it more often and to see how well it sears meat cooked sous-vide.

Little Griddle Professional Series 14 inch Stainless Steel BBQ Griddle is a Amazing addition to my back yard Gas Grill. Very Heavy Duty Stainless Steel, Well Designed and Very Well Built. Easy to use and clean up is a snap. Great Weight and Size. I made Hamburgers and Stuffed Peppers the first day I had it. Wow, what a Grilling experience. The Flavor you get from this Grill reminds me of my favorite Pub Burger Plus. Follow Instructions for seasoning the Griddle before First use. Incredible.

I found it impossible to maintain temp. It gets fairly hot, I've measured 700, but when you add food the temp drops very quickly and it's hard to get it back up. Likely due to the cooking surface being a few inches away from the burners. Burgers have been OK, the first side gets good color but second side is a constant game of trying to find a hot spot. And you can forget about anything like hash browns or fried rice - won't have enough temp. Solid build but the design's off.

Excellent for morning pancakes and other foods

This griddle is made very well with solid stainless steel and easy to attach handles. The size was perfect as it takes up half of my grill so two cooking operations can occur at the same time. Of course, picking up online orders is seamless at my local Home Depot and the staff is friendly and will help whenever asked.

Works great for grilling veggies, and shredded meat

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits right on my grill

Great product, does exactly what I wanted. I used the Little Griddle on a Weber Genesis 300 grill and it heated up well after closing the lid for a couple of minutes. I’ve cooked sausage and bacon and it cooked up great. The grease reservoir works well and makes the griddle easy to clean.

I had to get the smaller of the two offered because I have a combo grill but I wish I had the bigger of them

Great Product!! Ordered to fit my smaller outdoor grill and it fit great. I will no longer use the grill without it. You can buy larger ones if you have a larger grill. Would recommend to anyone.

Love this unit. We like that we can now cook things outside on our grill that we previously only did inside in the oven or in a skillet. Perfect for grilled veggies, seafood, diced meat, diced chickened many others. Easy to assemble as you only have to attach the handles. The item has some weight to it, but It will last for years. The unit is sloped so the grease and fat dripping run to the front and into the area designed specifically. Follow the directions and you will be impressed. Easy to clean up as well.

Good for the backyard or camping. It gets well over 100 degrees where I live for most of the summer and fall so we cook outside as much as we can. I have been slowly adding things to my cooking collection to allow me more options. Now I can make pancakes on the BBQ in the morning as well as anything else that needs a large flat surface. The metal is nice and thick with bracing on the bottom to keep it flat and a catch for anything that runs off of the grill. I even tried using it camping this weekend and got some great comments from my fellow campers. Using this reminds me of when I used to work in a kitchen.

This griddle is a perfect addition to your BBQ arsenal. I used to cook eggs, bacon, and veggies on a cast iron skillet or in tin foil. Thanks to this stainless steel BBQ griddle, my life has become easier and my food has become tastier. I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It comes fully assembled and ready to use. I've been looking for a product like this to allow me to fry and saute on my outdoor gas grill, this totally fits the bill!! It is a solidly built, professional style, grill-top griddle. It is heavy gauge stainless steel, and heats evenly and quickly. I've sauteed onions and mushrooms and made an omelet on this, and the results were as good or better than I get from the griddle on my kitchen stove!!

Heavy-duty outdoor griddle with nice easy cleanup. The high sides of this griddle keep your food from falling off, and the grease catching trough is great for scraping down the griddle. The instructions recommend placing a wet paper towel in the trough before cooking; this really does make cleanup easier. Pancakes on the deck is now a favorite summer breakfast! Next I want to try hibachi-style fried rice.
