The chairs arrived in perfect condition, took just minutes to assemble with the tools provided (though an extra wrench or ratcheting tool is nice if you have it), and look beautiful. They are comfortable, and the wide arms make a perfect table for a small plate or cup. A fantastic product. I also liked: 1. Appropriate, recyclable packaging. Protected the product but not excessive. 2. Heavy enough to feel sturdy, but easily carried. I'm a 5'8" male, 130 pounds. 3. The finish is smooth with just a hint of wood grain texture. No rough splinters. 4. Pre-drilled holes, relatively few parts to assemble. The upright back and the main seat are each already assembled.
