Did not expand as expected. The middle is still hard & both sides feel like you're going to roll off. I let it "rest" for 48 hrs before making the bed. The corners are still deflated even after reading previous reviews on what to do (squish them down to let air out that may have been trapped) to no avail. Also tried to turn it around. It's a little better but not much of a difference. I have a platform bed so it's not the box spring.

The only reason i give it 2 stars is the customer service of Home Depot--it arrived in a timely manner and was in great shape--that being said it's supposed to be firm and is anything but. Absolutely can't sleep on it--you just sink down in it and it kills your back!!!!!!

But the memory thing makes it hard to turnover.after laying in one place for a not too long time, its comfortable but the mattress all around where you’re laying is uphill, so much so, thats its difficult to turn over. Also, side is soft so sitting on side

I bought 10in. Firm Gel Memory Foam Tight Top Twin XL Mattress for my disable Mom. I would mentioned I bought FIRM to make her able to move little, Unfortunately the mattress is NOT firm at all, it was nightmare when she sink in to the mattress about 3" to 5" and around of her pop up to take all her movements!!!. looks return policy doesnot accept if it get open. if CUSTOMER SERVICE know any other return options let me know! if you are looking for FIRM mattress, this mattress is NOT for you.

Love this. It is just enough firmness for support but not too firm!

My husband and I were really excited about getting a steal when we bought this on Cyber Monday. We've had it now for a couple of months and my husband is a little disappointed as he feels like it is much softer than he expected. We both like a more firm mattress. However, Ironically, I initially thought it to be a little too hard. I've like it pretty well though for the most part and it seems to me like if he thinks it is too soft and I think it is too hard, it's probably just right!

I bought this used, assuming I could just wash the cover. I have never heard of such a thing as not being able to wash the mattress cover. I already took it off, but it’s all off to the dump now! Absolutely ridiculous!

Did not expand properly after 5 days, returned it to the store and purchased another brand that expanded in less than 24 hours.

Was alright didn’t fluff out to the 10 inches only about 8.5”-9”

Not as a full firm mattress and won’t suit for back sleepers.

Good solid mattress its just takes a night or two to get use to the firmness. Be careful at first with sitting on the side of the bed as it settles down quiet a bit to a normal mattress¹

It isn't as firm as I was hoping. Maybe that's a gel thing, or maybe it's just mislabeled. I am accustomed to a firm foam mattress and wanted to try something new but similar. I sunk into this, and it made it hard to move around/roll over. Knew within 10 minutes that it wasn't what I was looking for.
