It didn’t work my handyman had to stop drive back to the store to get a different one. I had to pay him and now I have to return:(

No on and off switch. You need to slide all the way down to turn off. I prefer the dimmers with a small rocker switch at the bottom so you don't have to constantly adjust the dimmer settings just to turn on and off.

Solved my LED light problems. LED home lights may be dimmable or non-dimmable. You need to check the box to see which type you have. If your LED lights are non-dimmable and you use a dimmable wall switch the lights might flicker. This is caused by the electronics inside the lights. These switches are made to control all LED lights and have electronics built-in to solve the flickering. Installation is very simple as all you need to do is replace the old one with the LED switch.

This dimmer works great with the ceiling fixture In my home office. It has two dimmable 800 lumen LED bulbs. The dimmer has a separate fine tuning adjustment for setting the darkness threshold which is best done at night. This allows the point where the lights go completely dark to align with the lowest dimmer setting. This adjustment is optional, however I found that it gives the fullest range of brightness. Otherwise you may have to move the slider to a higher point before getting the light to come on. The dimmer was easy to install. I found a YouTube video that explained how to use the fine tuning feature. I also purchased the matching cover plate since the old switch cover plate was not suitable for use with the wider slider. My wife was very impressed with how it came out.

I am sure this is a wonderful product, it is not right for my situation. That is the only reason why I returned it.

Not as good as I thought they'd be. The switch doesn't seem to dim the LED bulbs that I purchased from Home Depot as well as I thought they would. They don't dim until you get to about half way on the switch, so it seems like a big change once you hit the right spot on the slide. I tried using the small adjustment also, with not much difference. They work fairly well and our CEO hasn't complained yet, but I don't think she dims her lights that much anyhow. I replaced old dimmers and incandescent bulbs, so we're saving money on power and one of the dimmers I replaced was showing signs of excessive heat, so it was a good thing all around.

Dimmer did not work, I have to go back and return item. I haven't decided yet about getting another one from Home Depot.

I have used this style by Lutron for a number of years and have never had a problem. The adjustment to reach and hold minimum dimming is easy. I especially like that this model will work with any of the modern bulb types.
