Of the five I purchased, one of them failed immediately....
Of the five I purchased, one of them failed immediately. Home Depot could not find a record of the purchase and would not accept a return. Disappointed in the purchase and the service from Home Depot.

Very easy to install and works as described
The shipping for this item was faster than expected. I was able to install the dimmer within ten minutes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a single pole dimmer.

I'm happy with a dimmer switch purchase it controls the flickering tendencies that happens often times with these types of switches. It has a nice shut off point at the end.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. One way you can help alleviate flickering is by adjusting the bulb's dimming range--especially the low end of the range. Lutron's LED+ dimmers (formerly called C·L) feature a low-end adjustment lever, which you can use to do just that. Adjusting the range is easy; see step (#) in the following guide: (insert guide)
We also suggest making sure your bulb has been tested and approved by Lutron to provide the best dimming performance with your dimmer. There is currently no industry standard in LED manufacturing; since not all LEDs are designed the same, performance will vary with different dimmers. Because of this, we offer a mobile-friendly web tool to help you select bulbs that work best with Lutron dimmers. To use the tool, please visit lutron.com/ledfinder.
