Used this on 1 of my garage doors better than the original an seals great no more open gaps for snow/rain to get in an looks so nice I’m going to replace the 1 on the other side even though it doesn’t really need it. Thanks for a great replacement seal.

I purchased this item to outline the outside of my garage door. I did not use the Fasteners included. Good product here's a picture

1 Use air nailer or staple or hand staple start from top working down, 2 staple or nail to garage door jab 3 then install the 3'' wide strip facing on top rubber seal edge that was staple or nailed 4 calk 5 paint jab,stripping face ect 6 will last for many years this is how i did mine 5 yrs ago still good.

The weather stripping worked very well in cold weather

Weatherstrip is thick and the portion that seals along door seems sturdy. However, there is quite a bit of flex when trying to apply it, making it impossible to make a straight line. After hammering it in, final result looks sloppy and wavy, instead of a clean line you would get with replacement weatherstrip that is ready made attached to a wood or vinyl board. The wide nail heads also contribute to an amateur looking, trailer park result.

the stripping did not even stick to the jam and kept falling off. The entire roll was unusable.

Hard to start tacking the weatherstrip with one pearson. Add stickem to strip and a nail holder would be nice.

Product worked like a charm - just wish the nails provided were white and matched the trim so I didn't have to paint them.

Worked very well. No more dust and leaves entering my garage when the door is closed.

Long enough fora two car garage door. Seal well. Can be better if it provides screws instead of nails for installation.

You cannot possibly make this product look like it was installed by a professional. I could not return this product fast enough. Buy the weatherstripping with a wood trim for a good looking installation.

Bought this to put up in winter to help block wind from getting in the garage. It's not easy to install to get air tight, nails are short and don't stay in and they'll tear up the existing trim. I didn't mind because I'll do it right when the weather is better and get new trim. In the end it didn't work. I should have just waited and saved the money. Maybe it'll work for you

It looks good on my garage door and keeping away rain, insects and dust. I changed nails for flat head screws.
