Unfortunately, I only discovered that this product could NOT be used for in wall applications until after I ordered it online and read the details in the instructions. There was nothing on the package or online that indicated this. However, I had no problems returning it to Home Depot.

I ordered this online. It failed to mention that I needed fiberglass insulation, heat resistant electrical tape, waterproof overwrap to go over insulation, and it is recommended to have a GFCI ground fault receptacle or circuit breaker. Also the cord is approx a foot long. So you also need to buy an extension cord. Seems to be working.
