I plan on cutting down these and attaching them to masonite. Place them in an upper and lower rail, and that will be my 'doors' for my kitchen cabinets. Cheaper than refacing. More modern than doors that swing open. I love the pattern. Very easy to work with, maybe a little too easy as they can bend easily. But this is a wonderful look.

This is what we were looking for. The leather grain effect will reflect over-head light nicely.

So many uses for these sheets.
These sheets are easy to work with. Sharp edges aren't as threatening as they seem. I did not get cut, but I couldn't cut them with dull tin snips. Surprise. Instead, I used a Dremel tool. Then I glued them to both sides of a door panel to close an opening for a pet door. I had intended to paint them to match the door, but it looks pretty good as is. And with the left overs I'll make candle holders or something.

embossed aluminum sheet
I purchased this to cover a hole accidentally put in a lightweight RV door. It worked very well for the job and was a very affordable. It was glued on. The repair is quite attractive and gives the door an "industrial" look. The door was 23 3/4" wide which meant I had to trim 1/4" off of the sheet. This was easily done with tin snips, The down side is the gauge was a bit thinner than I liked and the panel arrived with a very slight bend in one corner. Easily straightened though.

good for what it is
I bought this to make a lampshade for a custom architect lamp I am building. The thickness was listed and I thought it might be a bit thin. It did turn out to be too thin and flexible as a lamp shade. It would ding and dent eventually. But on the other hand the product quality is good.
The only problem is that it is shipped sheathed in cardboard and the shipper bent the corner. Once bent you can't get the crease out.

The Leathergrain aluminum sheet was perfect for my projects and looks great. Just the look I was trying to find.

I used it for the roofs on my decorative birdhouses and it makes them really stand out.
