We had this door for our hallway closet to match the other doors. Just 6 mo's after moving in to the house, the door pulled off the hinge under its weight. The hinge area cracked so bad it could not be fixed. Replacing the door is nearly impossible as 16x80 is not a common size. This kit is over $400. A bit much for a closet door. I would recommend using an 18x80 if possible as it seems to be standard.

Very nice doors! I had them professionally installed and they perfectly match the Carrara doors in the rest of the house. One of the four doors has been problematic, however. It was too wide for the frame and had to be shaved on the latch side. It still sticks periodically. The routing of the wood for the latch and striker plate was not precise and I had to chisel it out by hand. Obviously there is a quality control issue, but overall I’m happy with the doors.

The door was shown as white but turned out as light sage color unfortunately.

Door was packaged well, I was initially concerned that my RO was about 1 inch less in width than recommended, but minimal shimming required to square/plumb and the door was in.

Beautiful door from the style to the quality. I love the lines and overall look of this door. I’d post a picture but the door frame and casing need to be repaired because the “handyman” I hired had no idea what he was doing. So if you need to hire someone, my recommendation is to make sure you hire a professional! Lesson learned. =(

Great door when size is needed at only 16" width... Very pricey but also good quality to match... Arrived professionally wrapped like it was a million dollar door...If ever need another I would not hesitate...

For an expensive prehung door, the hinges weren’t even aligned properly so the door had to be disassembled and reassembled to shut properly, very dissapointing.

For a pre-hung door, it took a lot of work. Total size, including frame was smaller then my precious door of same size, so 2 packs of shims will come in handy. More importantly, the strike and strike plate dont align, so my handy man had to router new holes and repaint. The door, itself, is nice.

Met all our needs. Came in perfect shape.

The door looked exactly like our other ones. The only problem is that when we put on the door handle it cracked a bit, it supposed to be strong since its solid core, but it is not.

Doors this size are hard to find at a reasonable price. This door met our expectations but was a little over priced for what you get. Overall the shopping experience was good.
