someone wrote this shower head unit is made of metal. It is not, it is plastic just like others. The water pressure is just fine, without the restricters installed. With them in, yes there is water savings. What I dont like is the 3-way diverter rotates. The weight of the hand sprayer wants to rotate the unit. Or, when you adjust the spray dials on either nozzle, it all wants to rotate. I am going to contact customer support on this or just superglue it. Otherwise, its a nice shower unit.

Very low water pressure even without the flow restricter. I ended up returning it for a Moen product, which has a more desirable pressure.

We bought this showerhead to replace our old showerhead. I wanted a showerhead with better water pressure. This product is great! Because of the quality, I am buying another one for our other bathroom.

I love this showerhead. I get a very full spray that is soft and gentle but my hair rinses out quickly. I want the handheld to clean the shower and to rinse the shower of soap after each shower to prevent soap scum buildup. The hose is longer than most and I like that. Great showerhead.

The shower head and connections are made cheaply and I never had a chance to install it as it came broken.

Works perfectly even without removing water savers. 100% satisfied...

This was the only handheld shower head that matched the bathroom in my new house, where we were struggling with the water pressure. This shower head gives a nice stream, and I love that there is both a fixed and handheld head. Easy to switch between the two. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this shower head. The best shower head that I have ever bought. The water pressure is strong even without removing the restricter. An added bonus is that the unit is metal and not plastic. I will certainly repurchase again. It’s worth every single penny.
