All of the features work great. Easy install.

The 5 positions allow my son to have his favorite and I can have mine. Haven’t used it to wash our chocolate lab but I am certain it will be great.

Bought last week. Almost effortless installation. Had a low shower head & this raised it almost a foot. Finish matches perfectly with my other Moen fixtures which are also functioning well!

You get what you would expect for the price. I just piped it in lower than the shower head for washing the dogs, works great! Only complaint is the plastic hose but you can buy a metal one if it really bothers you.

Nice shower head. Useless hose. It comes so kinked up and stiff as to be almost useless. Looking for replacement if anyone has any suggestions.

I needed a handheld shower head to assist me when showering because of wearing a cast after recently breaking my leg from a fall. I wanted it to match my existing rubbed bronze bathroom features, so was delighted to find a perfect match! Plus, it makes it very convenient to shower now!

Performance is a plus, durability I don't know short use time (09-10) purchase date.

This item works very well. My wife is very happy now , and when moms happy, everybody is happy.

Garbage! I love Moen products. I was raised everything had to Moen because they are located a quick drive down 480 and "We are lucky to have such a nice product made locally." Up until this junk they have been the best. This shower head won't even hold its self up so while I'm rinsing my hair it slowly comes down and bops me on the head. It's a cheap plastic I was afraid I would break by over tightening it (by hand) during install. PROS: The switch completely turns off the water flow. CONS: Cheap flimsy plastic, screen filters openings are larger than the water out put holds which could lead to shower head clogging, the head is heavier than the base can hold up, and the 5 sprayer settings are opposite of the previous models. End of this review DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The Propel 5-Spray 4.5 in. Hand Shower in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel was a bit of a let down for me. Given the product is a Moen, I was really surprised the shower head is mainly plastic and seemed cheaply made. Installation was the best part about this product. I had no problem changing out the shower heads, but when I turned it on for the first time, it leaked at the connection point from the wall. I tightened up the connection to fix the issue and tired again. Still I had some random spraying at the connection point. All the spray settings were very disappointing and not very powerful. I understand the shower head is designed to conserve water, but I expect a stronger stream of water for my showers. Unfortunately, I ended up taking it down and putting my old Mown shower head. As for as looks, the shower head looks awesome and stylish, but it was a let down that it was plastic.

If you're environmentally conscious, like saving water or have a small hot water heater this is the right shower head. If you like a strong, drenching shower head - look elsewhere. While I'm normally in the later camp - this showerhead had been perfect for our guest bathroom. Things I liked 1.) Ease of install. No need for plumbers tape or anything more than hand tightening (no leaks) 2.) Good range of sprays (albeit none are strong) 3.) Button to stop the water entirely is perfect when rinsing a kid or dog Things I didn't like 1.) Plastic construction - it's very lightweight and doesn't feel great in your hand 2.) Ring of water - lots of water on the edges but nothing in the center of the main setting

Pretty pleased with this shower head. The best thing about it is that my spouse was able to install it without any tools. It was seriously a 5 minute installation. It's a very nice quality unit and it looks relatively high-end. The pressure is sufficient and it definitely tops the "low-flow" shower head it replaced. I mean, it's certainly not a pressure washer, but it gets the job done. The pause button also works well and I have no complaints. My only knock against it is the "5 spray options" it offers. The adjustment lever on the unit only clicks about 3 times. So, *maybe* there are 5 different spray options if you count the mix of sprays (switching from one spray to another). But there really are not 5 unique spray options. I've added pictures of most of the spray options this unit offers. Overall, very pleased, especially that the install was so quick!

This Moen Propel 5-spray 4.5 in. Hand Shower in Chrome is attractive,quality constructed and easy to install. The installation of the 5-spray shower head took about ten minutes. Remove old shower head, install the rubber washers supplied with Moen Propel 5 spray package. The Moen Propel 5 spray shower head comes with a five foot no kink chromed hose for ease of use. This is a quality product that will add enjoyment to your shower.

This product looks great! Installation was simple and took about 4 minutes. Anyone can do this if you have any grip strength and know righty-righty, lefty-loosy. In my opinion, the the performance is not matched by the great looks. The water stream that comes out is 1.75 gallons per minute, maximum. The massage stream may be the only one that actually hits 1.75 gpm. The streams other than the massage stream are probably less than 1.75 gpm, and taking a shower with them is an arduous process. It takes a while to get your entire body wet, taking a warm shower doesn't really warm you up, and rinsing off is an exercise in futility. Some notable features of this hand shower are that it has 5 streams: "full coverage" - awful "wide coverage" - awful "massage" - almost decent "downpour" - awful "rinse" - awful It also has a pause/trickle button. I genuinely don't know why it has this feature since the water flow is already essentially a trickle. This product is made in China.

As a rule, I prefer Moen bath and kitchen products because of their quality and lifetime warranty. I can't hide the fact that I was disappointed with this product. It was very easy to install since I already had a hand shower. I didn't need to remove the shower head. It comes with a cheap screen inline water filter/grommet. There are better in-line filters out there. At least I didn’t experience any water leaks. For those of you who like a shower head that provides a soaking stream of water, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. To save water the stream is almost needle like, apart from the rather weak pulse "massager." Since I prefer a soaking water stream it took a while to get used to it. Here’s the catch: it takes longer to rinse your hair and body with this product, which I think minimizes any water savings. I like the push button that completely turns off the water as another savings and allows you to soap up without getting an unwanted rinse. One very annoying feature is the handle holder. It is NOT designed to securely hold the handle and it can easily fall out if you’re not careful. This is a good product if you don’t already have a hand shower and I do recommend it. To be honest, I can’t see how people clean their showers without one.

The Moen Propel hand shower offers a choice of five spray patterns: Full Coverage, Wide Coverage, Massage, Downpour, Rinse. (See photo of 5 settings.) The jets are self-cleaning to reduce lime scale buildup caused by hard water. The hose is plastic coated metal. It’s kink-free but lacks flexibility. The specified flow rate of 1.75 gpm (gallons per minute) easily meets the EPA WaterSense limit of 2 gpm currently required by California and parts of New York. It appears to meet the California limit of 1.8 gpm planned for July 2018. Water saving is also provided by the pause/trickle button, a convenient way to maintain the temperature setting while switching the water flow on/off at the shower head. It’s helpful when soaping up, sitting on a shower bench, washing pets/children, or cleaning the shower stall. Water savings come at the price of lighter flow. Don’t expect the drenching force provided by some older shower heads. Removing the previous shower head required an adjustable wrench. Installing the Moen Propel consisted of hand tightening three threaded plastic connectors. That was it. Moen provides a lifetime warranty for homeowners and a 5-year warranty for business/commercial use. Warranty service is limited to providing replacement parts. The Moen Propel shower head has five spray patterns, self-cleaning jets, easy installation, and a modest price. If you don’t mind the light flow, the savings in water and energy make it a good choice for the planet and the wallet.

Changing everything in two bathrooms tub/shower to a oil run bronze look, shower, drain and control level, really a nice look, Needed a hand shower and this one has a very large head with 5 settings. Very easy install, the wand has a on/off button too which is a nice feature when washing the dog. The PROPEL 5-SPRAY 4.5 IN. HAND SHOWER IN MEDITERRANEAN BRONZE is a nice product for the money.

MOEN has really done their homework on this one! Super easy to install! The hardest part of the install was uninstalling my old shower hear. The styling is nice and the oil rubbed bronze looks classy. The on/off switch on the handle makes washing dogs a lot easier (a must have). The 5 choices of spray are easy to select and should cover everyone's preference. When the handle is in the holster it is high above my hear. I an 6'2" and I have plenty of room under the shower head. Due to packaging the hose didn't want to hang straight. Running straight hot water for a few minuets after the install fixed this.

The Moen Propel finish I chose was brushed nickel. It looks good and was very easy and fast to install. Removing the Moen shower head that originally came with the shower hardware kit required only an adjustable wrench. Assembling and installing the hand shower is done easily with fittings being just hand tightened. The whole job took less than five minutes. The hardest part of the project is getting the parts out of the plastic packaging. I recommend some heavy duty scissors or shears. The Moen Propel features a 5-function, 4.5 in. diameter showerhead. The five settings are really just from a coarser flow to fine flow options. The best or worst feature is the “EPA WaterSense approved flow rate.” To be qualified under provisions of the EPA partnership program a shower head must dispense less than 2 gallons per minute. I measured the Propel at 1 ½ gallons per minute at its fullest setting. The standard showerhead I took off was about 2 ½ gallons per minute. Moen claims it meets EPA WaterSense criteria to conserve water without sacrificing performance. In my case it will take some getting used to the reduced flow. The EPA says the average family could save 2,900 gallons per year by installing WaterSense labeled showerheads. Additionally, that will save more than 370 kilowatt hours of electricity annually, enough to power a house for 13 days. Those seem like good things. The materials seem sufficient thought most of the shower head and its bracket appear to be a thin metal layer over plastic. That is probably why hand tightening is sufficient to make the joint water tight. Moen’s lifetime warranty asserts “all parts and finishes of this faucet will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship.” So, Moen is pretty confident in the finish sticking. The “kink-free” metal hose really is kink-free, flexible and easy to use in the shower. Considering the reasonable price of about $45, easy installation, good looks and functions, the Moen Propel is an excellent product I would recommend to my friends. I dinged it one star on quality for not being solid metal.

The hose is too stiff. The plastic mount does not look like it will hold up.

Easy installation and a more powerful spray

the hose is junk plastic , does not come with extension from wall and flange , and the head is too heavy for the bracket to be adjustable . it will always be pointed straight down . oh and the pause button is frustrating . i have had guest's turn it off by mistake and not realize it's this crazy little button that did it and not be able to finish their shower .

This thing broke within 1 month of use. The part of the hose that screws to the pipe cracked and the whole thing fell off. I hated it before that though, water pressure was awful. It's pretty at least, I'll give it that. Waste of money.

This shower head is great! The flow is powerful and I feel like that my hair gets rinsed out well. It was easy to install.

The Moen shower head-handheld- did not meet my needs/expectations. I prefer a harder stream. The adjustable streams were not as expected. I returned item. This was just a personal preference.
