Very nice valveAnd service was excellent.

I like the valve stop screws making it easy to shut the water supply at the valve. Also the cartridge is brass which I like.

Installation was easy. My hot/cold were reversed so I rotated the cartridge 180 degrees but I failed to relube it so I tore one of the rubber seals. I called Moen support that afternoon and they sent a new cartridge and expedited it. All at no cost. I received it the next day at 11 AM. Love Moen!

We install a lot of these units; they're clean, attractive and easy to install. Performance is great and our clients love them.

Works great if you can understand the directions. They are not to clear on the correct handle position after the anti scaled feature has been adjusted, but I ended up figuring it out after testing it a couple different ways. The main valve was easy to rough in, be sure that it is open before soldering it in so the seals don't get melted and flush out the pipes before closing it or installing shower head. Also it is important to securely affix the main valve body to the wall beams and all other riser pipes. Nice overall modern look and high quality components to last a life time.
