The flow from both the cold and hot water is inadequate. I replaced my original and identical Moen faucet with the identical one thinking that the original water flow became defective over time. The conclusion is that both faucets are substandard.

Not impressed!!!
If you ever have to replace the side spray, good luck. Also a multi fit side spray replacement kit that doesn’t fit all faucets at all? I’d lose the multi part for sure.

Great Faucet; Horrible Side Sprayer
Installation was straightforward, but after three months the side sprayer stopped working properly. We'd use the sprayer, but it wouldn't turn off. So, we'd turn the faucet off. But when someone turned the faucet back on, they would get sprayed. We tried cleaning out the interior components, but nothing helped. We called customer service, and Moen sent a replacement sprayer of the same design. It worked fine until six months later when the replacement sprayer started doing the exact same thing.

When installing a faucet, it’s recommended that you flush the supply lines to your home to avoid any damage to the cartridge. If the supply lines are not flushed before installing the faucet, you may experience leaking/dripping out at the end of the spout that you have described. This is a nice faucet, however there were no instructions. No QR code to get to instructions. I had to figure it out on my own. Very discouraging.

Cost effective replacement
After twenty years the moen faucet in our kitchen was wearing out and not shutting off completely. This one was the best fit for our needs.

Works as expected
I had a plumbing company professionally istall (replace) my old faucet. It works great, but was wondering if the base that sits on top of the sink, should be secured. When I turn it on, it moves & up, Upon closer inspection, it is not sealed to the top of the sink. My old one did not have this issue. Did the plumbers miss the last step here? Otherwise, it works fine.

Avoid Moen faucets
I'm not sure if this is the model of the faucet I bought, but it looks like it.
Be advised that the side sprayer only lasts a couple of months and then you have to replace it.
As if that wasn't bad enough, you have to buy a Moen specific sprayer because the universal sprayer kits don't work, so you will out almost 40 dollars to replace the sprayer

Nice simple design
Having trouble pulling the sprayer seams like the hose might be stuck on something but, I have checked and it’s not. So I don’t know what to do next.

Design problems
There are series design issues with this faucet
1. The gasket that is supposed to seal the base of the faucet to the sink is not thick enough as any water that gets up around the faucet base runs right into your kitchen cabinet. To solve this i put some plumbers putty under the base.
2. There is no seal between the base of the spout and the decrotive trim piece on top of the sink. Again, any water that hits the spout base ends up in your kitchen cabinet.
