This product was exactly what I needed when we were remodeling our bathroom. It was a match for the other Moen fixtures we had selected.

This towel ring worked perfect where I needed it, next to the mirror on the wall. Was worried it would be too big, but it was not. Like the look.

This toilet paper holder was very easy to install and I love the fact that you just need to life the middle part to add a fresh roll of toilet paper. The middle part lifts up like a lever and changing the roll just takes seconds! Plus, it looks great too.

The installation went very well. They have a template to make sure that you put the posts in the correct places. I really like the tilt bar to change the toilet paper. My 2 year old likes it a lot too, he is constantly flipping the bar around and dumping the toilet paper on the floor. Oh well, that will probably only last for a year or two. It really does look nice in our bathroom.

This line of towel rings, door hooks, etc. looks fine in the brushed nickel we got, but it's light weight and feels a little flimsy. No telling how long it will last. Installation instructions are clear and ez to follow. Drill is all that's needed. Parts included for hollow door/wall mounting, but shorter screws may be needed for solid door or stud mounting.

Nice looking fixture. The mounts are sturdy but the bar itself is not. It is very hollow and lightweight. It will be best for a hand towel, not a regular bath towel.

Unfortunately this one is not. I have now installed 4 of the Moen Ashville towel bars and every one of them was a pain. Please don't get me wrong, the quality and the finish are wonderful. I would have added more stars overall if these and all towel bars in general would not be so finicky to install. I was replacing the builder installed standard cheapo models with these Moens. Good news is the spacing between brackets was/is identical. Bad news is, the Moen mounting brackets use an allen set screw to hold the arms in place and if you do not have the mounting brackets in EXACTLY the right spot there is no room for error and by using an allen set screw, the simple act of turning the set screw turns in to a frustrating waste of time. I wish manufacturers would come up with a new way of making the brackets. I think with this Moen the mounting bracket and lower finial of the arm could be made into one piece which could be attached to the wall securely and then the final finial where the bar is inserted could be screwed into the wall mounted bracket, thus allowing a stronger connection and much easier installation. What should have taken me ten minutes took close to 40 because each time I would set the screw the arm would fall off the mounting bracket because of the tolerances on the inside of the arm. There is a little slot to catch the upper portion of the bracket but because of the way the bracket and the arm fit, there is no "wiggle" room once you start setting the allen screw. Frustrating yes, but the finished product is a nice addition and upgrade to our bathrooms.

Who knew they could improve a toilet paper holder. I love that this holder is so easy to refill.

This is my new favorite TP holder, simply because the rotating arm makes it super easy to change rolls and because there are no removeable parts (unlike the spring-loaded ones that you remove to change rolls). The nickel finish is beautiful, and the simple profile doesn't catch a lot of dust like some more ornate profiles might. With the matching faucet and towel rack, my bathroom looks coordinated and elegant. The installation was a little tricky just because you have to be fairly precise when marking and drilling the hole locations. Fortunately the backplate of each end of the holder has about 1/16-1/8" of wiggle room. Note: I did not use the drywall anchors so I can't evaluate their quality (I put wood blocking between my wall studs before the drywall was installed - so I drilled directly into wood - and I'd recommend anyone else to do the same if you're doing a big remodel!).

I really enjoy the finish of this TP holder. It matches the rest of the bathroom faucets and fixtures perfectly. The installation process was also extremely easy. My previous holder had been slowly falling apart and was being held together with string so it was certainly time for a new one. Out of the box there were very few pieces and the directions were extremely clear. I also really enjoy the new system for changing out new TP rolls. Now if only I could keep my cats from unrolling the toilet paper!!

My husband and I picked out Moen Ashville fixtures for our renovated master bath, and could not be more pleased with the result. The pivoting post toilet paper holder makes it easy to switch out rolls, even in the dark. And the complementary towel bar holders and faucet give the master bath a sleek and modern finished touch.

I installed the tp holder in a spare bathroom. It comes with a paper template and thorough instructions. For the price point, it's good, but I've seen better brushed nickel. There is no spring-loaded bearing; The hinged arm just rests into place. I checked it out in another bathroom where the counter overhangs about an inch. It wouldn't work well for that application as the swing-arm wouldn't open fully unless the holder was mounted a bit lower than standard.

This was truly a nice upgrade from the boring builder-grade toilet tissue holder. The instillation was super fast and easy. To change the tissue roll you simply lift the middle rod up to release it. It is a great quality item.

This paper holder is awesome! I especially like it because it pivots. The pivoting action puts a lot less stress on the mounting ends so there's less potential for drywall damage from residents pushing and pressing against a spring-loaded paper holder. This is a real money saver and residents feel extra special to have such a cool paper holder!

I purchased 1 24" bar, 2 18" bars, and 3 toilet paper holders to go in my 3 bathrooms. They look good in the spaces and dress up the rooms.
