The BEST purchase ever! Unbelievably simple. Not really an installation. You just unscrew your old fixture and screw on the new Moen Magnetic handheld shower head. It’s so easy to use and has a variety of water flow patterns. The magnet is the strongest I’ve ever experienced.

It was so easy to install and works really well with our water system love the different sprays especially the rain. Total thumbs up.

I absolutely love the showerhead! For years I’ve been saying that I wanted a handheld unit, I was also looking into the double units. Came across this one on sale and decided to take a chance. I purchased two of them for both of my bathrooms and we absolutely are enjoying them. The different water options are amazing and it absolutely gets the job done. It was easy to install, and the hose is long enough to accommodate what my family needs.

Easy to install. I recommend using plumbers tape and an adjustable wrench. It has 2 water restriction filter screens that you may want to remove before installing. Those filters restrict water pressure. The Magnet is strong and the settings are perfect. Very nice appearance too.

Hose is quite flexible- way better than the previous version of same

We have had this showerhead about two years now. The shower itself is great, but the plastic pieces used to connect the showerhead to the spigot are not well made. The plastic on ours has cracked, causing it to spray/leak from the joints, and it eventually just fell off entirely.

Installed in about 2 minutes, works perfectly, looks great!

We love this magnetic dock ! We also like the different spray patterns ease of use at the touch of a button to change the spray. We have 3 bathrooms and with this purchase all 3 bathrooms now have this MOEN Magnetic Shower head. Great product at a fair price.

Like the different settings. Water flow is very good and magnet is strong.

Unfortunately it has a flow regulator and the water pressure isn’t what ai would wish. But it seems all new shower heads have that. Also the angle at which the shower head connects to its dock has it spraying straight out horizontally. I had to dock it at an angle. It works fine though.

My Waterpik handheld shower head needed replacing. Did some research, looked at reviews and decided to purchase this Moen shower head. Wow! What an improvement over the old Waterpik shower head. The spray is a lot stronger on this Moen shower head. I also like the push button selector to change the different spray modes. Whereas the old Waterpik had a thumb selector that you had to twist around the edge of the shower head. The magnetic feature that holds the Moen shower head on the shower arm works fine. I don't see why they couldn't just use a regular, old bracket. They probably just wanted to give it a more fancy aesthetic. We've been using this Moen shower head for one month and so far we still like it and it's holding up well. We'll see how long it actually lasts, since it does seem to be all plastic. Install was easy. Just took off the old shower head. Put the washers into the hose ends. Screwed the shower head onto the shower arm, screwed on the two hose ends and that was it. No tools. Everything was just hand tightened. No leaks!

I wish I knew that all the goose neck pipes coming out of wall are not standard. Product was excellent but installation was very difficult for novice like me.
