This review does NOT reflect on Home Depot in any way, as they are blameless in what the issue was with this item. This was an online purchase that was shipped to my local store; when I picked it up it was totally sealed in the manufacturer's packaging and looked perfectly intact. In fact it was not. This review is a knock on MOEN's inspectors/quality control. The item seemed to be well-made; heavy metal for its size, and nicely finished. However, it arrived with NO mounting hardware so I had to return it. I'll have to reorder/repurchase it online. Since I couldn't install it/use it, I cannot say anything more about the item.

This is the second bathroom that I have used the Banbury collection in. Towel bars. grab bar, T.P. holder, Faucet, , shower. Unfortunately, parts of the faucet and showerhead and escutchon are plastic. They look like metal but are not. We'll see how they hold up over time. The grab bar is all metal and was installed into a stud and is very sturdy.

I had a professional remodeling and the installer was very experienced. He installed it with ease and without any problem

Has grip feature on side facing towards the shower wall. Looks great.

My wife has MS. I use 2 of these outside of tub. One on side of vanity. I have it supported with 2, 3/4'" boards on the inside of cabinet, supports running horizontally.The 2nd grab bar is just outside of tub,on the left side, being vertical into stud. These are exposed recess stainless screws, which did not matter. This is the Top End of Grab Bar. Finish is Superior to others.

This is an excellent product when installed properly. It's tough, strong and looks great with matching fixtures. It kind of looks like a towel bar so could probably be uses as that also. The unit itself is smooth all over and is attractively designed and looks great in brushed nickel finish. A must have for the old tymers to get up and out of the shower or bath.

It matches other Banbury products we have. Very heavy duty. Just the right size for the toilet area.

This bar is just the right size to use as a handle to get in or out of the tub. This matches the Banbury tub and shower faucet I already have; however, would look nice in anyone's bath that has brushed nicket. Very sustantial heavy piece -- not flimsy like some others.

When I ordered this I was not paying attention and thought I was getting a towel bar. I was mistaken. I liked it so much when I opened the box, I decided to keep it and use it for both. This is well made, sturdy and attractive!

This is by far the most stylish grab bar I've ever seen. The installation was easy, although I did have to use a drill bit for porcelain tile since my bath/shower walls are all tiled. Note that grab bars need to be mounted into studs or pre-installed blocking, and since the grab bar is 18", if your studs are 16" on center then you will need to mount this either at a diagonal or vertically, and not horizontally like a towel bar. As someone who has always hated the look of grab bars, I am very glad to have the added safety of this attractive grab bar in my shower/tub area.

This grab bar matches the other Moen Banbury fixtures I have in my bathroom. Moen makes quality products as far as I am concerned. This bar looks nice -- not like a hospital setting. I have it installed in the shower. There are rubbery grips on the back side of the handle so that hands won't slip. This bar adds safety and security getting into and out of the shower.
