Fit perfectly and definitely serves its purpose

Very sturdy, beautiful towel rack.

Remodeling our master bathroom. Found the Moen Banbury accessories the nicest looking. Bought the double towel bar, single bar, towel rings, toilet paper holder, and robe hooks. Like the style.

My remodeler installed it. He did not complain do i think it was a smooth install

We just renovated our bathrooms and the double towel bar was the perfect finishing touch. We purchased all of the Moen Banbury accessory collection.

This came in 4 pieces. You are supposed to inset the bars into the sides. The problem is that the bars don’t lock into place in the side pieces. There is a lot of “play” in the bars. It’s not sturdy.

I’ve had it for 3 years now. I love how it’s a double towel bar. Makes it much easier to have two towels hanging simultaneously. Very simple and easy instructions to set up.

This is nice double towel rack. Fit great under the window and goes well with other bronze vanity items in our bath. Seem well and simple to install

I've installed about a dozen towel bars, both single and double, in my life. It can be a kind of fiddly project but I know how to install towel bars. I bought 2 Moen towel bars. The first one I installed was fine for a few months and then loosened up so that the lower towel bar kept falling out. After some serious skunk works adapting (ie, taking the towel bar apart and gluing a slice of a wine cork in the post receptacle to tighten up the clearance) it was usable. Not a great experience but better than taking it down and starting over with a new towel bar. The second towel bar, however, was just a disaster. The plastic toggle anchors are plastic and too flexible so they can work their way out of the wall. The plastic pin that was provided for the anchor installation was too flimsy and broke after the first light tap. So I found my own sturdier device. The anchors pulled out of the wall before I even finished attaching the mounting plate. I was left with 2 gaping holes in my guest bathroom wall. So, rather than return this piece of junk to the Home Depot that's 35 miles away, I went to my local hardware store, not Home Depot, and bought 2 metal anchors. But before I finished installing the posts, I noticed that the parts of one post were not seated together well, it was wiggly. When I checked the screw inside that was presumably to hold the pieces together, I saw that it broken. No wonder it wasn't a snug fit. So here I sit after 3 hours of frustration with a truly inferior and unusable product, 2 large holes in my guest bathroom wall, and guests arriving tomorrow. I've made 2 phone calls to Moen customer service. Both times I was told I would be called back in 30 and 35 minutes. Two + hours later, no call, just a voice mail saying press "3" but "3" doesn't connect to anything. I used to think Moen was a decent brand. No more. Will never put myself through this substandard product experience again. Hope you don't either

This towel bar was easy to install and is very attractive. It seems durable and not flimsy. I would recommend it as a useful,attractive addition to the bathroom.

Easy install and perfect for my needs.

This towel bar is attractive and very easy to install. The instructions, including a drill template, are easy to follow, even for someone like me who is an accountant - not a handyman. If you can follow instructions and can use a level and a drill, you can install this towel bar.

Lightweight two tiered towel rack excellent for small bathrooms.

Beautiful, and easy to install! I purchased it to go with my new bathroom sink faucet along several other accessories in the Moen Banbury collection. I love that all of the hardware (faucet, toilet paper holder, toilet handle, towel bar, and towel ring) in my newly renovated bathroom matches. The double towel rack can be seen reflected in the mirror in the image below.

Beautiful double towel bar.. It's nice when you have a small bathroom and can fit 2 towels on a towel bar and it looks good.

Functional, beautiful and super easy to install! Comes with step by step instructions with a template for easy installation. I love the space saving design and spot resistant finish! I highly recommend this product !

We love these towel bars (installed two in our bathroom remodel) and they went in really easy and look great. Unfortunately after about a year of use the wing style nylon anchors that were supplied with the bars began to loosen. We don't have children tugging at the towels so this was a mystery until I decided to remove one of the bars and see what the issue was. It turns out that the wings on the anchors had either broken away completely from the body or had partially broken away as they appeared to have become weakened or brittle. I had to pull them out and replace them with the oversize tapered plastic screw in heavy duty style anchors available at most hardware stores. Moen should rethink the use of these anchors in lieu of more heavy duty ones. It could be that because these are dual towel rods there is a greater moment created since the outer bar is further away from the wall.

It was nice to find such a variety of bath towel holders in each style and finish.

Exactly as ordered! Matches the pic. Easy to install. Beautiful looking and sturdy.

Really like the looks of this double towel bar much better than others I looked at. Fortunately we bought two towel bars because I quickly broke the first red plastic "activator" for the fasteners. Don't just hold it with your fingertips. Position your fingers on either side of it while firmly tapping it. It is fragile if you let it tip while hitting it.

Very nice towel bar. I bought several Moen items to replace old ones after bathroom remodeling. Sturdy and attractive.

Nice product, bought Moen Banbury set for both our bathrooms. Looks sharp, easy to install.

It’s a replacement of what I had and a little bit shorter so I have to make another hole at the wall. Still good enough.
