Looks fine; works fine; instructions are thorough.

We have only had our new Moen kitchen faucet for about a month and we love it. I love that the faucet isn't looped too high and the handles are just the right size for me. They are shinny and stand out in the kitchen.

Installed two of these in the last 5 years, both failed internally causing leaks underneath the sink that did substantial water damage before it was discovered. Will never install another Moen faucet.

This sink faucet looks so nice and is easy to use. Faucet swivels out of the way when we need more space to work in the sink. We love it.

Very easy to install. Very happy with the brushed appearance.

Giving the faucet a 5 star but the experience 1 star. Easy install with good instructions. I brought the faucet home and opened the box to begin install. Found the spray house missing from the box. Not happy with this..... I returned the faucet to a different HD as it was closer to my have than where I purchased it. Still had to spend a total of 1 hr on the road for the return. When I picked up the new faucet the box had two plastic straps around the box. The first one I got did not have the straps. Must have been opened and the hose was removed for some reason.

This was super easy to put on and it works like a charm. I'll be buying another one for a friend.

Reasonable quality at a reasonable price. Easy installation. I had replaced a single handle Delta faucet that wore out after 3 years. You would have to move the handle to the "right spot" to shut off the water. So I want back to a traditional Hot/Cold handle faucet and this one works well.

Nice looking faucet. Installation is pretty straightforward. My only issue with it is that it did not include any water supply lines. This is not notated anywhere on the box. Had to return to the store to purchase new water supply lines.

Everything is good but it seems that it’s not sturdy. Looks like not strong enough for a long life. Hope I may be wrong.

When you put the faucet through the counter top and attach the plastic wing nuts there is not enough thread left to attach the water lines. The plastic wing nuts are too thick and cover most of the threads. I ground them down some to make it work.
