Bought the bathroom sink hardware more than a year ago, the hot water began leaking shortly after install i finally go around to questioning Moen about it. Without hardly a blink or a question they sent the part and gave me instructions to conduct the repair. It was a juff ti fix it and all is great! Thanks! Moen!

The Moen faucets were the perfect replacements for OEM faucets installed in our bathrooms 10 years ago.

These look nice when you get them, but don't expect moen to honor the warranty. I can't even get an answer from them, let alone any parts. The faucet has been leaking since new and I got new parts because I didn't realize that it had a warranty and now the drain finish is gone as well as the leak.

The plumber who installed it was impressed with the quality. It has a nice weight to it and looks so much better than the picture online.

Our faucets are in the master bath and my husbands is barely trickling out now and mine is half the pressure it was. These are only a couple of years old.

The product proves, you get what you pay for. We decided to spend a little extra and are very happy with this Moen faucet. It feels like a high quality product and looks rich. The faucet spout sits a little higher from the sink and gives you comfortable room to do whatever under the faucet. Highly recommend.

We purchased and installed this faucet four years ago. We use it in our master bathroom, so, it see frequent use daily. We have been very happy with it from day one - no problems at all. Moen has been my brand of choice for over thirty years for good reason.

the phone service is the absolute worst. when you get thru they hang up on you if they can't figure out what part they don't have. Total rip-off.Do not buy moen anything.

You'll really get turned on with this great faucet. It's got the dependability you expect from Moen. Easy installation and so far the finish seems durable.

This is the worst faucet I have ever had due to the problematic Moen 1224 cartridges. I think Moen is aware of the problem as they changed the cartridge style in later models of the same faucet. The cartridges are not only expensive, they never close that tight and leakproof in the first place. The gear of the cartridge that fits into the gear of the handle is plastic and very fragile and if not aligned properly can leak and/or break. Not a good design. I can't speak to the newer Brantford cartridge design, but single handle ceramic style cartridges are thought to be reliable and the 1224 is not. As much as I like two handles, I think I would go for a one handle, next faucet, as they don't make regular rubber washer faucets anymore as far as I can tell.

Very easy to install and nice looking. Water runs smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was the little key device that is needed to unscrew the screen on the water spout. It doesn't work well and is hard to engage consistently with the vogs.

I was able to easily replace our old fixtures. Love the look of this faucet.

This faucet is attractive and of good quality.

Brantford bronze faucets came with our house, which is now 7 years old. Like the color and style but the faucet handles have become loose in several bathroom sinks. One hot water side handle fell off. There does not seem to be any way to tighten them or reattach the one that fell off. In all the houses we have owned in the past we've never had this problem.

Looks beautiful in my bathroom and was easy to install.
