Lab faucet that's perfect for rookies

Nice looking faucet at very reasonable price but it's obviously not as robust as more costly sets. You get what yo pay for.

Nice clean look, but the lower mounting nut . . .
The valve body could've and should've been designed in such a way as to allow for a much easier engagement of the lower mounting nut. The 14-year old faucet I removed had a better valve body scheme to allow for MUCH easier lower mounting nut engagement. The directions show a crescent wrench flat on the mounting nut as if space exists in nature for such engagement. I don't live in that dimension. My dimension apparently is much smaller where a crescent wrench is as useful as an oven mitt.
