Bought this set and another Darcy set with matching faucet and we are happy with the quality of the faucet and hardware. Love the spot resist brushed nickel! Installation of the faucet was fairly simple and straight forward. The reason for the 2 star rating is because the drain assembly provided with this faucet is garbage. The pivot rod is way too short to attach the clevis strap in such a way to allow the drain stopper to operate properly. I bought a new drain assembly (for both faucets) with a longer pivot rod to allow for proper function. Also, we bought 2 matching faucets, but received 2 different drain assemblies. They were different colors, different sizes, the sink flange and pop-up were different and did not match and even the brushed nickel finish was different. This is another reason why I had to buy new drain assemblies. Cost me an extra $25 which I should not have had to spend.

Updated bathroom hardware in recent remodel and started looking for this design versus the traditional double post/spring loaded bar variety. Looked at several varieties 3 of the HD’s in our area and couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for. Saw this model online and had it shipped to our neighborhood HD for pickup. Loving the look and functionality of this design!

When you start doing things for your self you really love it when the instructions are clear or if they made it so easy you cannot go wrong. This is another piece by Moen "Darcy" that does all that. It took me longer to find the right drill bit than to install. Best idea in hardware of this type in a long time. The product itself was also of high quality as is the finish. Matched my bath set exactly. I could not be happier with the product. When looking for anything that attaches to a wall I get this type first. Just remember to pre drill when going into a stud anyway. Your drill can and will strip the screw head if you are not careful. Everything was included for just about every normal mount type.

It moves. Not a real problem, but unusual.

The product is great but I only purchased it at Home Depot because I couldn’t find it anywhere else . Home Depot is too woke for me so I try to avoid shopping there.

This is first time having a single post toilet paper holder. The problem is the roll of toilet paper keeps falling off while trying to unroll paper. Any suggestions?

Couldn’t be easier to install, with the self marking template and crystal clear instructions. Would buy again for sure, and will look for Moen products going forward.

Looks good, built sturdy, very convenient and easy install. What I wasn't expecting is that the swivel is actually somewhat stiff allowing you to swing the arm away from the wall so the toilet paper roll hangs in place without touching the wall. It is easy enough to push up/down, but won't move by just using the TP roll or its own weight.

Easy to install. Did the job.

One thing that was very nice with this product is that it includes an ink stamp to put in the base, and then you press the base where you want to install it and then the ink transfers to the wall where to drill your pilot holes. This is ingenious! This is way better than a template on the directions. Other than that. it's a great looking product and easy to install.

Wish they made a right hand and a left hand one. My wife loves it as a towel holder but we have 2 sinks so we need one for each side.

I love the look and functionality of this holder. It looks gorgeous in my bathroom with all my other chrome pieces. I bought a second one to use as a hand towel holder by the sink and no one knows that it was not intended for that use!

Holder does not hold toilet paper. Every time paper is being unrolled, it falls off the holder. Not good.
