We are pleased to hear that the device identified the need for you to install a pressure reducing valve to protect your home from high water pressure which could cause serious plumbing issues in the future.
It seems as though you have had some difficulty coordinating with our support team to receive your production unit, please reach out to Support@MeetFlo.com and I assure you they will provide you with the production unit timely. Should you prefer to swap out the early generation device for the production unit yourself, the Support Team can provide instructions on how to do this, preventing the need for a visit from a plumber. The Support Team has extensive plumbing knowledge in order to assist you performing this task yourself.
Please note that our system is not set up for individuals to create automated queries for data. Our platform currently provides data for several time periods that you can download into an excel format.
