It’s been 7 months and I am more than happy to say that this product is great. Super easy to clean, shiny, easy to use, so far zero leaks, cold and hot water is good, sprayer is fine. If I really want to be critical, I would like the actual head to swivel up and down, side to side and be able to lock in or stay in that position. The product can swivel and move side to side, up and down but unable to stay. I have to manually hold it. But that’s a small matter to me. What’s important is I like it.

Drip, drip within two weeks of installation, a leak at the faucet and base plate. Nice looking, but apparently all looks but poor quality! Now we'll have to pay for a plumber again which will cost as much as another faucet!

It is sturdy and beautiful. We are happy with it and have no cons. It was installed very quickly

It is a beautiful faucet. Very easy to install. There is nothing I dislike about it. It paired very well with the sink I purchased from home depot.

This is an attractive faucet with a stylish look. It has a more substantial handle than some faucets which is a feature I like. The spray feature works well. The only negative I can think of is that the hose extension seems a little short. It extends 7-1/2 inches which makes the faucet end reach the top edge of my sink (counter level). A couple of inches more would be an improvement.

I would give this product 10 stars of I could! It's beautiful and very functional and I especially love how the sprayer works. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great kitchen faucet. Well done!!!

Is a very elegant faucet that works perfectly and it was very easy to install. The faucet also has great water pressure and we have a well and we still have really good water pressure. My wife and I are just lovin it and we highly recommend this faucet

Great faucet... My only issue and it may be a design flaw, is that the nozzle wobbles at the Sean where the faucet turns from left to right... And the counter weight could use a couple of extra ounces of weight to keep the spray nozzle snug to the top... Other than that we love the faucet....

Very simple install. Only had it a month but so far it’s great!

So far so good; water pressure is terrific, switch from cold to hot to warm is a breeze, no leaks!

Looks great. installed with no problems. Good temperature adjust meant and water flow is great. High enuff and easy to use and adjust temperature if needed.

Looks good, operates as advertised. Only two stars as the handle rotates from the 12:00 to 9:00 positions only (straight up, to 90° forward). The handle gets in the way because it protrudes over the sink bowl when in medium to cold temperatures. It is not possible to change the clocking of the handle. Disappointing design that does not allow adjustments to accommodate various installations and/or preferences.

This is a very nice, elegant, quality fixture that was not only easy to install but appears to be a quite durable faucet. There will always be those who find anything to complain about. And to those who give those unfavorable reviews I say they are helpless individuals who forget how fortunate they are to be able to own such a nice fixture. Stop nit picking about stupid things like how the splash from the spray gets things wet that you don't want wet. Or how it does not retract like a spring loaded extension cord. It retracts well, nestles well, does not fall back out, does what it is supposed to do and looks terrific. What else does one expect? If more, then I suggest you re-evaluate how lucky and blessed you really are.

This is a quality fixture and well worth it. I installed it easily (before installing sink) and it is quite secure. No plastic nut to secure faucet, but rather brass. Used the reinforcing plate and special washer as well as gasket base to cover 3 holes.

DON"T BUY A MOEN PRODUCT. IF YOU DO, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!! I feel like I purchased a lemon instead of a faucet. I purchased a Moen faucet from Home Depo 3 1/2 years ago. I had to pay to have it installed and also had to pay to have replacement parts installed. Within 1 year of purchasing my Moen faucet, the handle fell off. I contacted Moen, and they sent me some replacement parts. I paid to have them installed. Now the handle has fallen off again and the hose is leaking. If you are going to buy a Moen product, you are going to need to the number for customer service to order the replacement parts. When I contacted customer service, the manager seamed to think it is normal for a customer to have all of these problems with a 3/12 year old product, but this customer knows she will NOT with another manufacture.

So far so good. It doesn't always pull itself back up into the spout...sometimes it needs a little guidance that last 1/4 inch. It is beautiful and is much larger than it seemed in the store. It is nice to be able to turn the water on with the side of your hand if your hands are yucky.

Easy to install. My kitchen is small so it looks huge, at first I thought I would have to return it but we made it work. It looks like a nice quality piece and aesthetically quite attractive.

Supply tubes are not serviceable. Hot rubber gasket was cracked and broke off causing blockage in mixer and slow leak at shut off valve. I was on "hold" with Moen service for 15 minutes before an operator picked up. They are sending a replacement faucet. It will take 5 days to get here.

Beautiful piece that works wonderful, and looks stunning in my new kitchen.

I absolutely love this faucet! I love being able to pull it out, put it to spray mode to clean my sink. I also like the pause button so I can save on water, before I'm able to shut off the water. The water resist feature is amazing for keeping it clean. I've only had it for about 3 weeks, but I can't imagine what could go wrong with it. It exceeds my expectations!

This sleek design is a beauty! It's very easy to use. And although it has an extremely easy to move faucet head, it is not loose and flimsy feeling. The neck move easily while using the sprayer. The handle is easily maneuvered with the back of your hand. And "Spot Resist" is just that! I can't wait to install the matching sink basin next!

True to Moen style, this faucet is really nice. It’s not flimsy at all. My only disappointment is that I was hoping the pause feature would be something that you just push the button and it pauses. You know for when you’re washing dishes in the sink and you don’t want to leave the water running. Well it has a pause feature but it doesn’t work in that fashion. You have to be holding the nozzle and then you can push the pause. But if the nozzle is in place and you want to pause the water flow, it won’t. Other than that it’s a beautiful looking faucet.

Easy installation, looks great and works smoothly.

Several times now, I have had a flood under my sink from this faucet. Not a huge project to tighten, but I think it should come with a 'leak alarm' of some kind. It is going to ruin my new cabinet and floor, if it keeps happening! Maybe I should invest in a sump pump alarm for under my sink? Otherwise, we just don't notice it till the water comes out onto the kitchen floor, and by that time, everything is soaked under the sink. To fix the leak, i just have to tighten the large plastic nut, accessible by removing the handle with a 3/32 Allen wrench. Just what you need on the way to bed.

I've had the faucet for about a month now. Very easy to install-- simple and straightforward. The faucet includes a special deep socket to install the mounting hardware so if you ever plan on replacing it, you'll have to keep track of it or find something else that works. The power clean spray feature is powerful (almost too much so). And it does drip a few times after you shut if off-- something the manufacturer states is normal for an arch shaped faucet. Otherwise, I like it very much and it works well.

My brother installed it fairly quickly, hardest part was getting a different model faucet removed so we could put in the Moen. Works great and am happy I bought it.

This faucet LOOKs beautiful ("buy it for looks")! Ther are two problems with it that cannot be fixed. When installing it, we found that we wanted the on-off handle on the left side so we didn't have to reach through the water stream to turn it off, since our main sink tub is on the right, not the left (see picture of installation). However, when we turned it to the left side, full on cold would leave the handle hitting the backsplash. Secondly, the spray only stays on if the water is running. With other faucets, we almost always used the spray output, and only rarely used the steady stream. This faucet won't do that -- the spray has to be turned on each time we turn on the water.

EXCELLENT product! Amazingly simple to install. Easy, intuitive operation with very smooth operation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Good faucet, very simple to install, thanks to the design and the custom tool that came in the box. Wish it was a bit higher, though, and the hose could be a bit longer (just barely reaches to the edge of our midsize double sink.

I was tired of fixing the old faucet all the time. Installation was really easy. Really like the way it looks.
