I could not be more disappointed with this product. The water flow is dismal at best. While the hand held wand is clever, the less than efficient water flow does not balance it out. Uninstalling as I write this and will be returning ASAP.

The hose looked very cheap and flimsy to such a cool and high end shower head. It looked like it was a silver spray paint.

I was not sure if I wanted to re-plumb my shower for a true rain showerhead that comes out of the ceiling. I am glad I did not. Maybe rain showerheads are nice some of the time but not as your only showerhead. This showerhead does atomize the water which makes a nice misty shower. If you have a smaller enclosed shower then it will hold the heat in and be perfect, as the water is hot on your head and warms your whole body nicely. If you have a larger shower space, then you have hot water on your head and the lower water is cold so you really have to stand under it to get a nice, warm shower. That's where this style fails (in my opinion) because you can't put shampoo in your hair without stepping out from under it. So you're all in or all out during the shower. Luckily this installed to a standard "out-of-the-wall" connection so I'm uninstalling and putting a standard angled showerhead so I can stand in the warm water while I shampoo my hair. Handheld attachment is great! I leave the handheld "ON" while showering to add warm water to my lower body and it helps rinse soap nicely from torso and legs. The handheld's magnet base attached perfectly to my granite using the included double-stick. I assume anyone having difficulty with that didn't clean the surface before attaching the base. This would be perfect if used in combination with a normal showerhead, but not as a substitute. You'll either love it or hate it. But easy to replace if your partner hates it...

Very good quality and easy to install

I was so excited to get this shower. Had it installed and it feels like I’m standing beside Niagara Falls and just getting mist hitting me. Not sure how it actually rinses all the shampoo and conditioner from my head. Also the magnetic pod fell off. I had bought a second one for a different placement when I wanted but that one has fallen off as well. I do not want to permanently affix it to my tile

This is not a shower head but a misty spray that comes down. no way to adj. the head or the hand held nozzle. It sprays a light mist down and is not a good product.

Shower head has one spray which is a mist rather than a full on spray for rinsing. The handheld piece has two spray holes but they are 3-1/2 inches apart making it difficult to rinse your arms and legs with much success. I’m hoping these two pieces can be changed out.

Easy to install. Love the look. But...the spray is just to much of a mist. I have to lower it so that it is 1in from the top of my head for the water to feel hot.Hand held is not powerful enough to spray longer hair down the wall of the shower.Save ur $ .

This has a spa look, which is why I purchased it. However the water is such a fine mist that even with the handle on the faucet turned all the way to hot, it just has a lukewarm feel. My husband does not like it at all.

The hand held piece does not work after 1 month of use.

Install video makes install appear easy, but I ended up having to hire a professional. Otherwise, I love this purchase.

While I know some shower heads are more luxurious than others (additional spray settings, dual attachments, etc.), I thought all shower heads were at least capable of rinsing soap off of the skin and hair. However, this MOEN shower head could NOT meet that fundamental (and pretty darn important) expectation. Yes-- this product is aesthetically pleasing but it's truly useless. Due to the impractical (and fixed) way that it sprays the water, you will need to stand in the shower much longer than usual in order to rinse off any product from your hair and body. Additionally, it irritates skin and tangles up hair of any length! You'll have to comb out your hair for a very long time and you'll still notice a ton of frizz once it's dry. Anyway, don't buy this product.

I'm still getting used to the spray pattern. The adjustability is nice since you need the shower head as close to you as you can get it so it doesn't get cold.

The spray is like a mist, I was always cold in the shower. Then the entire thing feel off the wall while I was showing

Purchased the Nebia by Moen, received in a matter of days, takes only minutes to install. It really is a unique style of shower, different but nice. If it truly saves on water then it will pay for itself over time and that makes the cost worth it. I am writing this review as a warning and hopefully a design improvement in the future. After only three uses of the hand wand it completely broke and now has water spraying out from the handle. I will not understand the use of plastic as an on off switch for an item that is intended to be used every day. The mechanism should have been made of stainless or aluminum to give it more durability. The shower itself is very easy to install. My gripe now would be when you have to make repairs because something breaks. The button to release the hoses should be located on the side so you dont have to completely remove the whole unit from the wall and then have to replace all the 3M adhesive in order to reinstall the main unit. Simple design fix there as well as the hookups for the hoses are cylindrical and could have been rotated 90 degrees to access the release buttons from the side. Anyways be forewarned the wand and shower head are plastic. For an item of this value you would think they would have at least put metal on the moving parts for durability.

The length between the shower head supposed to be 29 and the Nebraska was 25

The installation was as easy as video shows. The shower experience is ten star. After having for a while the durability of the tape used in installation worries me. I will wait to add this to second shower

I have renovated several properties and always used Moen products. This Nebia shower system is totally disappointing! It does not sit flat against the wall no matter how you install it. The adhesive on the base for the magnetic wand does not support the weight of the hand held wand, so I had the use the screw system. (if I want to get rid of this system now I would have holes in my brand new shower wall! The fact that there is no way to shut off the overhead shower and just use the hand wand is a very poor design. I would not recommend anyone purchase this Moen product!

I just installed the yesterday. This is the best shower experience. I didn’t find it difficult to install and the other comments about not a lot of water and “cold” water is not what I experienced. This is the best - all with using less water!

There is only one setting. It does not come out solid, it’s a must/spray like it says. The spray comes out hard, sharp. The wand has two holes and it sprays while the top part is on. It does not work well in small showers. It does go in and remove very easily.

I love this shower head. I wasn't sure I would, because i've read reviews about the mist spray being cold, and not having enough water to, example, wash soap out of my hair. I have very fine, but a TON of hair to wash. The minute i step in the shower now, i feel wrapped in heat. I really like the adjustable head, and i pull it down so i can stand directly under it. This drenches me immediately. Ithink one of the best things is when i wash my face. i think the mist helps clean my pores really well. I need to buy a couple more magnetic holders so i can add one above and one below to help with the wash. I highly recommend this product. it may not be as fast to shower, but the minute you get in to out, you feel like you're at a spa.

I love my Nebia shower. It is a different experience and took a few showers to get used to, but I thoroughly love it! The micro sized shower beads of water are refreshing and relaxing, and the steam makes your shower like a mini sauna. I use the hand wand to spray while showering as the gentle spray is relaxing on my back. The Nebia exceeded my expectations!
