Did not like it at all. For the price, wish I could be able to control the handheld sprayer separately from the shower head. And to be able to change the spray pattern on the shower head.

Pros: 1) The Moen Nebia looks really good even with its two hoses (for the adjustable shower head and the hand held). 2) The "atomized" spray does provide good coverage of easily adjusted temperature water and does a surprisingly good job at rinsing. 3) The magnetic dock is interesting and does work to hold the hand held sprayer securely. 4) The valve (and trim kit ($200)) adjusts the water temperature but the pressure is not adjustable. Cons: 1) The Moen Nebia requires a Moen posi-temp rough-in valve ($125) and the plumbing acumen to remove the old valve and install the new. It is not reasonable to expect that you will have an existing Moen posi-temp valve already installed. This was not, in my mind, a reasonable DIY. 2) The Nebia is relatively large and will overpower a standard stall shower. My two-person shower, with seat was a perfect fit and when the doors are closed it does provide a spa like feeling. Notes: 1) Don't forget to take the opportunity to install a solid grab bar. 2) You can buy additional magnetic docks for about $30 and install with bracket or adhesive (both included). Overall, recommended (as long as you recognize the necessary valve, trim kit, and plumber).

Because when using the hand shower the top one does not close to make it very expensive, it is very bad.

From what I read, I thought it would be a great product but it stopped working within month and the pressure is zero, seriously misty and only misty.

Great shower head and hand sprayer. Installation was easier than it was to clean the shower wall before I installed it but I took the opportunity to clean the grout and reseal it before the unit was installed.

Didn’t fit as expected. Not as easy to install as shown on videos. Since its a mist falling down it gets all over the walls and all over the bathroom. Looks beautiful, but not too practical.

To much mist from the head. Doesn’t rinse hair well and water cool as it hits your body.

I bought this product in early December 2020 and waited six weeks to write the review to be sure my initial impressions were lasting, and they were. This shower lives up to its billing, providing a spa-like experience for my 32" X 44" fully enclosed shower stall. Within minutes, the heavy mist opens pores and breathing passages and soaks away day-to-day aches and pains, leaving me feeling fresh and revitalized every time. The installation instructions were comprehensive, well-written, and easy to follow, and the system was easy to install for anyone with moderate DIY skills. However, I must note two things I believe are important to a good user experience. First, the instructions suggest this product is best used in a smaller, enclosed shower stall, and my observations show this is probably true. When the show is first turned on, the water hitting your head and shoulders is much warmer than the water hitting your feet and legs. This is because the water is rapidly cooling through evaporation, enhanced by the fine droplets created by the shower nozzles. Once the air in the shower becomes saturated, the variation in temperature from head to foot becomes much less noticeable. This happens in 15 to 30 seconds in my shower, but may not happen at all in a much larger stall or one that is not enclosed. Second, the design of the shower necessitates a robust ventilation system to prevent excessive condensation problems in the bathroom. If these conditions are met, I believe anyone would be happy with the resulting experience.

It’s a poor water delivery system. I took it down it’s sitting in my garage.... it’s a spray mist that even with hot water full on still leaves you cold and partially wet. I do not recommend and want a refund

Was reluctant to purchase but so glad I did . Shower experience unlike any other. It’s like being surrounded by droplets of water. Was worried because the water pressure at my home is not the greatest but the shower head works perfectly. The only thing I have to warn about is the shower will feel cooler with your normal setting. To get a hot shower you have to turn th valve all the way to hot. Enjoy this product every time I am in the shower.

Wow I never knew that I could get so wet in a shower. You can in the Nebia. That is a full blown shower that is pleasing and refreshing. I like the ability to move the showerhead up and down. Works well for my wife as she is shorter than me. I love the pressure and encompassing feel of the shower. Even though I give it a 5, I have two small details that I should mention. It does not come with a diverter. I understand why but I would have liked to get the full package. I wish the hand shower had more pressure in it. Obviously a personal choice. Overall, a great experience.

Worse shower head ever! Sprays a fine mist of water which goes everywhere and make the water cold.

Like taking a shower in an automatic car wash

Even though,pI was expecting more different functionality like different water features, I love it,..its like being under the rain and if you add very hot water it will not burn you instead it will make it a nice experience!

The spray of water is nothing like the video. It's a light mist. The button on the spray handles are so hard to use and now after 3 months they won't work. I repeat....Do Not Waste Your Money. It's just a great video!

Overall, it's a beautiful shower head, but I don't recommend it. Pros: Beautiful design. It's modern, well made and looks beautiful in our shower and bathroom. It's relatively affordable and easy to install. Definitely saves water. Cons: Really only one, but it's a big one: poor water pressure. It's SO poor, that I felt chilly the entire time showering, and it reminded me of the days when showering in Ethiopia as a medical student on a mission trip. Now, the closer I was able to the move the shower head near me, the better the pressure and heat, but still not ideal. I suspect I couldn't feel the heat as much due to the atomization of water, which I know is a feature of the shower head. It is currently winter and cold here, so maybe if I was showering in the summer time I would like the cool misty droplets, but I somehow doubt that.

Looks nice but very disappointing water pressure. You will take a shower with a very thin mist that barely give you enough to wash the soap off. This will probably work for someone looking to optimize the amount of water available and need to use as little water as possible to take a shower. Very disappointing, we will have to pay extra to the contractor to take it down ans replace it with a normal shower.

Read and heed the other reviews. Wish I had, as now I’m stuck with what I thought was upgrade to previous rain shower head. Halo sprays fine mist everywhere: painted walls above shower tiles get wet every time. So disappointed. Not spa experience I was hoping for and not even pleasant.

Though this was not my first choice I wanted a shower head that was movable up and down and also had a separate handheld sprayer that didn’t attach at the very top of the shower head. This one is all of that. It is a misting system however which is different than a regular shower head. Takes some getting used to. If you love a rain head you will love this one.

This shower was a bit intimidating to install at first from seeing all the parts in box but instructions were pretty direct and it helps to (lookup online videos),it has pretty good pressure that turns into a mist as it distances from shower head use the wand and (be sure your bathroom fan works well) may take a while to get used to.

Purchased this entire unit for a new bathroom remodel for my 83 year old mother. We are not rich, in fact, we probably fall along the poverty level. I am a stay at home Mom, husband has a good job, we have 1 child left in the house (15) and my Mother with Dementia that I take care of. I thought that if I paid for the most expensive shower head unit with attachment, that my mom, (who is not crazy about showering) would find comfort in sitting on the new builtin shower seat with her new "very expensive" shower wand and shower head and that it would all be worth the amount paid....I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! THIS SHOWER HEAD AND ATTACHMENT SUCK! The water coming out of the shower head HURTS my mothers delicate skin... and it seems to get cold as everyone else was saying, and the wand will not turn on, she used it a couple of times and now we cant get it to switch on....I am so mad, we ;paid a lot of money to have it installed and we paid alot of money for the unit it self and it is not worth it....I will be calling customer service and will be returning the entire unit, my Mother will now go with out taking a shower because of all of this...will never buy a MOER product ever again, cheap plastic, non working crap!!!!!

Sprays badly. I purchased 2 and will be returning both.
