This faucet has added to the look of our kitchen and at the same time makes my work there a bit easier. The lower sensor does occasionally sense me near the faucet and turns on for a few seconds, but it can be easily disabled if you don't want this feature. I have it on as it makes it easy to fill pots and such.

Great looking and meets all expectations for functionality!

love the faucet—it is sleek and modern looking and very easy to use. Bummer because the height of the faucet was listed as 17.25 inches, which would have cleared the kitchen cabinet above it. Must be a little taller, since the cabinet does not clear; too expensive to pay a plumber to replace.

This faucet has been installed for two weeks and I love it. The previous faucet for this location never pleased me. Much of it was due to a poor installation, I'm certain. It was non a Moen, and I won't mention the brand. It was not firmly attached to the granite, and moved and leaked water. When trying to use pull out the hoses would get stuck. The soap dispenser also moved around. On the several occasions when I asked a plumber (from a big, local plumbing company) or our handyman to take care of it, for some reason I was given answers like just be sure it is in 'this' position and it won't leak. I could go into more detail, but I'm fairly certain it was not the product, but the workmen. My new Moen was installed by my untrained brother and works beautifully, not to mention some of the features make life easier since I have a challenged (due to illness) family member. I do wish Moen or some company would make a smaller version of this or a similar faucet for use at a smaller prep sink. I could find one with pull down but without the touchless feature or it would be touchless but didn't have a pull down. I might mention that my husband and I are in our 70s with a very limited income and ate in need of maintenance and/or upgrades to many areas of our home. I have or almost have all faucets replaced, including shower head. That is except for bidet, which appears to be frozen. We also have a humongous, spa-type tub, which I would dearly love to replace with a soaking tub, and at the same time enlarge, improve upon our shower. Another thing is a perfect location for a walk-in tub, to replace existing tub, to help with my husband's situation. In a perfect world, I would also replace our kitchen sinks, upgrade/improve upon wet bar area, and either improve upon or replace existing downstairs bath, possibly coming up with a plan to have two baths there. On top of all this, new flooring is desperately needed. As you can see, it is endless, but I take baby steps. Our home is approximately 45 years old. And, is in a beautiful area near Eagle Creek. I hate not being able to have a free hand with improvements/repairs because of the potential that exists. I'm not sure why I put all this just to advise I love my Moen faucet, but hope it is passed on to Moen and up the ladder so that the ifea of a smaller edition of a similar faucet might be put in the works. Ive been using this faucet for about three months and it is an amazing faucet. Quality construction, great looks, and a solid feel when using it. It was simple to install. However, it is a bit pricey.
