Wifi Failure
The faucet looks good. The no touch option is great. However, the smart faucet will not stay connected to wifi. Immediately disconnects after setting up on 5g and 2.4 networks. Very frustrating

      Love My Smart Faucet
      I had my Smart Kitchen Faucet installed in November 2021, it works well. Just recently, the water stopped running, I had to replace batteries (6 DD) and the water started running again. I have not yet activated the voice.

        This faucet works great, both with hands free and voice commands thru Alexa. The onlyproblem I have is that the hot temperature cannot go above 120° F. I understand that antiscald is an issue but most antiscald devices allow override after acknowledging the hazard. That rs not a deal-breaker but inconvenient.

        I love the look and style. After a few months it intermittently won’t turn on when you wave and use handle to turn in. We have changed the battery pack but we still continue to have this problem

            Too Smart for Its Own Good
            The faucet will not turn off. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it? We have replaced the batteries and unplugged it from power. Neither fixed the issue.

                  I suffered so you don't have to
                  Do NOT buy this faucet. Any decent smart-faucet defaults to either handle-position or last-known state for flow-rate. Even manually, the water-pressure cannot be changed while having a moderately warm temperature. Creating a preset (50% flow-rate) via the app does not work. After paying a plumber to install this device in a new kitchen, I now have to pay them to remove it and install a new faucet. Is Moen going to cover these costs? MOEN: contact me for any resolutions / solutions.

                    Wow! What a cool faucet!
                    Replaced our old Koehler (dumb ;)) faucet with this very smart faucet. Nice quality and easy installation. Works well by waving the hand over the sensor. What’s amazing is asking Alexa to dispense one cup of hot water at 100 degrees. I measured it and it was spot on!

                      Stupidest thing I ever bought
                      Don’t buy Moen Smart faucets. Choose a different brand. I’ve spent HOURS trouble shooting this thing. It doesn’t work without expensive batteries, an adaptor you must buy separate and it barely functions (with both of those) when wifi signals go low. We ALL know wifi is unpredictable. The pressure isn’t great, it’s already dripping and it’s only been installed for 3 weeks. Moen needs to improve these to compete in the market.

                        This is a horrible product. Even if it did work as desined it is still hrad to operate. The voice commands take to long to be affective and are needless complicated. You can't just say "alexa tunr off the water" no you first must ask alexa to open the moen app then ask her to turn off the water. Another design flaw is that you can't run the water slow. It is always at I high level. It is all or nothing. Is does vary from high to water hose. But no slow or trickle. Lastly it also broke won't turn off I have to turn off the water from the line with is the opposite of hands free.

                          At first, this seemed like a cool product. Very high tech to have motion control and voice control. But then the problems started. The top piece has the control handle and motion sensor which connect via a small cord to the electronic valve box under the sink. There is a slight delay from the time you adjust the handle to the time that the water flow adjusts. That was just a minor annoyance. However, after just a couple weeks of use, the upper portion stopped working. I could only use the faucet by voice command. A couple of times, it also started dispensing water randomly on its own. I assume some water infiltrated the electronics in the upper piece. In addition to this, the valves seem to close very rapidly, resulting in a nasty water hammer on both my hot and cold lines. I’ve stacked up 3 different water hammer arrestors on both lines, but the hammer was reduced only slightly.
