Good quality and easy to install. Looks good. Just wish the shower head connection point was flat. We are using a rain shower head and can't get the head to go flat. This fixture is meant for an angled showerhead.

Although I never received the chrome version, I did however purchase the satin nickel. It solved the problem. Looks and works great with the rain shower head. Will purchase again.

Returned it. I thought this was longer than my current shower arm. It isn't. Needed a 16 or 18 inch arm.

We purchased the Moen Shower kit with rain forest head. Our plumber said it was good quality and should last a long time. It came with a short curved shower arm. We wanted a longer arm. The brushed nickel arm was $100 more than the chrome plated identical arm but we needed the BN so we bought it.

Exactly what I was looking for. This shower arm places the shower head just far enough away from the wall and the faucet and spout and gives more flexibility to the shower head range of motion and coverage.

Everything went together well! Only problem was at the wall; the new piece next to the wall needs to be a little bit larger in circumference in order to cover existing hole. I had to spray paint (oil rubbed bronze color) the piece from our old shower arm and put it next to the wall (to hide the little gap), then put the new over it.

This is a fairly simple piece of plumbing so there is not much to say. I have downgraded the rating because, in contrast to the main fixture the collar is unbelievable flimsy and cheap. Fortunately, the collar on the showered I replaced was substantial and matched the colour of the pipe. I tossed the cheap colour in the bin and reused the old one.

I had to return it because I didn’t know my contractor raised the shower head when retiling my shower. If he hadn’t it would have been perfect.

Love taking showers with our new Moen showerhead. Good water pressure, and it is so sleek looking. Definitely would purchase again and recommend to friends!

Easy install with Teflon tape (not included). Added the height that was needed, a touch of elegance in aesthetics, and the finish matches the theme we’re going for. What else could you ask for in a shower arm?
