1. I asked for right out swing, was delivered left. 2. It took over 10 days to deliver and needed to continue with the project. 3. Stationary door hardware needs to be replaced because door won’t open 4. Last time I order online from Home Depot

Easy install, looks great! I really like these beautiful French doors.

They look great, delivery was superior, doors were well packaged and delivery guy was excellent. Doors are sturdy, work as they should - my vision is coming together!

What's not seen in any of the pictures Home Depot shows is the threshold on the interior. This piece is 1-3/4 inches tall. There is nothing shown that would make a buyer aware of this as the only picture of the threshold shown is of the exterior where there is no thick piece lol. Also, these doors are short. With the frame, the doors are 79-1/4". They look and feel short in the space, too. I'm super disapointed in this purchase and I'm not sure I trust home depot for future door purchases.

The phillips head screws provided were absolutely the worst screws I've ever encountered. They stripped nearly immediately as you try to screw them in. The first 2 screws I tried did that, so I replaced them with other screws I had. I tried to use the screws provided again later on another project and they stripped there as well. The door is great and works well with alternate screws, but the ones provided with the door were clearly poor quality.

These look great and are such an upgrade from what we had!

This is a nice door. HOWEVER... apparently the glass is smaller than every other door, i have been tirelessly searching for window coverings. The frame of the glass is 20 3/4, they do not make enclosed blinds that small NOR can i find roman shades that narrow. everything comes in 26" wide and that would cover the door knob! So, this door is nice but be forewarned you will have a very hard time finding a way to have privacy. unless I guess, you want vertical blinds like its 1990

Can’t comment on install but looks great. My contractor installed it so I do not know the difficulty. However, I’m excited for Santa Ana winds to see how these hold up. My old inward swinging door would take so much damage during big winds that I hand to install reinforcements. Hopefully these outward swing doors will not only take up less indoor real estate but also hold up to winds. They look great though.

I had to have it delivered and it came on a huge A-frame, which was an ordeal getting it into my garage. They are beautiful French doors that replaced my 28 year old sliders. My installer did have to remove stucco so it was more involved & costly for the installation than I expected, but the end result is lovely.

I've had limited experience installing doors. They went in fairly easily. They really look great and clean up easily.

Doors arrived on a pallet with a frame to keep them steady wrapped in shrink wrap (see picture) . They are HEAVY on the pallet. two man crew to move! Once off the pallet the prehung doors installed easily. Manufacturing is in China and is of good quality... The doorframe is a polymer and is a bit flexible making it sensitive to being pulled out of alignment during shimming. Take your time. Hardware and glass are of good quality. Chrome plated included screws should use predrilled holes and don't use a driver to avoid breaking them. Only gripe is that the predrilled jamb screws were on the very edge of the studs when installed flush with my external stucco wall. which required drilling and placing new holes. to get a good fit. Recommend this door. This was used to replace an 8' sliding door. It gave me almost 2' of wall and an extra 2" feet of opening when both doors are open. We haven't decided if we will paint the door to match the existing dark gray trim....

The doors come pre hung and the main door does not close well and the threshold is not adjustable. The main door (the handle) is hung about 1/8 inch lower than the other door and because of this the door does not close all the way. It will latch shut but takes a lot of force to to do so. There’s no way to fix the problem other than replacing

Overall, for the price it seems like a solid buy, however, there was and still are some issues yet to be resolved. The door came with a secondary lock that does not work properly and has to be ordered for replacement. The primary door had a noticeable divot by the door handle that my installer had to cover up, but still noticeable. But the biggest issue was after the door was installed and cleaned up, there are roller wheel type markings inside the full length of the primary door, probably made at the factory, and the panels were installed with the marks to the inside rather to the outside where they cannot be removed. I am waiting now for a replacement door that the companies rep said he would deliver in person and help me to install

This was perfect, easy to install decent quality and is far more energy efficient than the patio doors it replaced

Door came packaged very well with zero damage, fit well and comes with stainless hardware for securing to rough opening. *open doors to secure, do not drill holes in jamb* Only complaint is the lower latch for the second door is hard to operate due to the slot that the bolt drops into needs more clearance- easy fix with a drill or chisel.

Nice door. Looks nice. Large Aframe packing prevented customer pickup, had to have it delivered. Seems well built. The threshold is taller then expected and also white, not sure how it it hold up in the long term?

I was shopping for fiberglass or composite material full size hinged french doors and found most of the cheaper doors, while advertised as "full lite" , had significantly less glass than more expensive models. The door I was replacing was a 33 year old all wood model with a glass panel almost 27" wide. Most of the composite doors I saw only had 21 to 23 inches and the glass was not flush mounted meaning the glass had a thick frame around it that stuck out of the door which, to me, made it look cheap. This door has 26" of glass in a flush mounted frame which runs about a half inch over the glass on all sides. It has very clean lines. The only surprise, which is not obvious in the picture, is that the astragal, the strip that runs vertically between the doors, sticks out about an inch and is not as flat as it is on most doors. However this is a minor issue when I look at the door. The seals in the door are outstanding. I live on a coastal island in South Carolina and the night after we installed this door a strong west wind blew directly against this door and I gave it the match test. Not a flutter anywhere around the seams. When I called Masterpiece Doors about the seals they told me they were Q-lon brand which have very favorable reviews in amazon. I had a lot of questions beyond the weatherseals and the Masterpiece people were very knowledgeable and responsive. This door is also a little heavier than other composite doors I have looked at. It has a nice feeling of mass when you open and close it and the hinges and screws appear to be stainless steel. Overall a beautiful door with excellent weather seals for a very reasonable price.

Delivery was after the time it mentioned, did not get a phone call before hand. They had a pallet jack to move it but it didn’t fit properly so getting it in the garage was a little challenging. Delivery person was kind. Door meets expectations. We wanted a left swing and received a right swing going out. It would be a left swing if standing in front of the door. Careful how you select it. We made it work for our situation though.

Appears to be a good replacement door. This unit replaced a incorrect door installed by the previous homeowner.

Very well built had a minor issue with a bad hinge out of the box but factory handled it very quickly & made it right gonna but two more soon

It says it’s paintable or I would not have purchased. I’ve put 3 coats on this and it just flakes off. Simple scratch and the paint comes off. Not sure what to do.

door shipped in very sturdy a frame on pallet,, installed with 3 adults, heavy straps in frame were very helpful, remove last before anchoring with a drill, we needed better screws than the one it came with.

I am really disappointed with this product. It's warped in multiple places leading to air leaks, there were missing hinge screws, the passive doors latch only partially functions, etc. You get what you pay for. Company did not respond to request for help.

The door was delivered and left out in the rain in front of the customers house, even though the customer asked to have it put in the garage, the driver refused. After door install found that the lower flush bolt was not operating correctly. After trying to fix it with no success, contacted MP Doors, and they sent a new flush bolt that we had to go and install. This customer lived a long distance away which made this more of a problem. Not likely we will buy one of these doors again.

Very happy with the doors, substantial and solid construction. Some problems with the delivery schedule but driver handled it very well.

My new door is in and I love it. My builder installed it, it is lovely as the entrance to my patio. Now I just need the rest of the house finished...

Very happy with the look and durability of this door. Far better than other materials I’ve looked at.
