The door is beautiful and opens and closes smoothly. However, it cannot be locked successfully from the outside. I thought it was better when my contractor adjusted it. However, if someone jiggles and pulls the door it will unlock and open. If it is locked from the inside it stays locked. However, I want the convenience of going out the sliding door. I have a video but I can't upload it A friend of mine had the same issue.

This door is a beautiful addition/transformation for my home. It’s true that the white is not a pure white, and my installers had a little trouble with the latch and lock, but after adjusting, it all works well. I’ve only had the door for a week or so, time will tell whether or not they hold up to the use they will get, but as of today, I honestly could not be happier with the choice of choosing this door.

The nailing fin was very difficult to install. We ended up breaking it. The handle did not mount flush to the door surface due to an interference inside the door panel (part of the hole was occluded). The keys provided did not open the lock and one was bent. (Company provided replacement parts) There is a large hole for air to come around the door at the very bottom where the two panels meet. It looks like a part was not installed when the door was built. (Resolution still in progress)

Fixed panel completely separating at lower, outer corner, leaving a gap in frame large enough for mice to enter, the metal portion is broken into pieces. The plastic upper, outer corner of the moving panel is melted from the sunlight, bowed about 1/4" How is a $1000 door failing like this???

I purchased a door from Home Depot due to urgent contractor timelines and i found out in store that the door has damage, only to face more issues post-installation, including a key breaking inside the door. Despite providing evidence of the damage and the installation problems, customer service was unhelpful and refused to offer a resolution. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support from Home Depot

DO NOT BUY!!!!! The active door panel had a terrible curve. Door was installed before I noticed it. Prevented the door from opening or closing without a lot of force. I called home depot to get a replacement for the active door panel, I was told that the whole unit had to be replaced. So the door had to be taken back out and the old unit reinstalled. There goes a full day of labor.

Door is ok for the price I paid. Probably wouldn’t buy another. Miters in the corners were damaged or over looked by qaqc at the factory. Pretty disappointing no makes quality stuff anymore. But the upside door opens and closes.

Door was dropped off with out any calls from the driver nor was asked where to drop the door off. Door is damaged as well as property damage

I wanted an all white door and its more beige than white. I didnt really notice until it was installed so now I cant do anything about it. The pictures are incredibly misleading. Orherwise the door is study and more reliable than my previous door

I received 2 of these patio doors yesterday all wrapped on a pallet for my contractor to put in today. If you are ordering inside right handed these are not the correct doors. The picture is deceiving. In the picture it clearly looks like an inside right handed door. Home Depot should make sure they are posting the correct picture with their products. They were of no help when I physically went to customer service. Today is Saturday and they said I would not receive a phone call from the manufacturer till Monday. Now I’m stuck with the wrong doors and because I accepted them yesterday I’m responsible for them. I live in a townhome so now I’m stuck. There was only one screw and multiple caps for missing screws. I am disappointed in Home Depot and the manufacturer. Just an FYI

Some poor design flaws. Door can't open all the way, hits slide mechanisms that open, close, and tilt blinds 3" before the stop making opening smaller. These will surely get broken off at some point. Lock mechanism doesn't work at all! Not assembly or build issue on this one door, these are design flaws that anyone should be able to see and make right. Looks okay and is not bad for the money (least expensive one they sell) but I would not buy it again knowing it had these problems.

The door itself is nice, but the opening is only 19.5” … I did not realize that I would have to turn sideways to enter and exit. I read that the door with blinds is supposed to open 14”, but that is unfortunately not the case.

Because the door was not level my contractor had a lot of problems to install it

Looks great, came packaged up and sturdy. Smooth sliding and good sturdy lock after fine adjustment. Love the additional flush bolt for security.

Door was shipped to home on an 18-wheeler. Door was secured on a pallet (solid & heavy). First look, impressive. Will require at least two strong men to move/install. The low-E glass has made a major difference in keeping the heat out. Interior blinds work perfectly and without issue. I would recommend and buy again.

The issue is the low e Glass. It has a serious amount of blue tint to it. it is in no way clear viewing of the outdoors. Make sure you don't mind a blue haze when looking out. Check out image and see how it transformed room....ugh Did not notice until after installation when pulled off safety film. Manufacture said deal with it. no help with replacing to clear glass.

They’re a solid sliding patio door but theyre not white in color. The description says white but they’re more of a beige in color. I love the built in blinds. You can see from pic that my trim is white but sliding doors not so much.

Renovating a 1960’s house which had a dark & drab kitchen & breakfast room. Just replaced a small window with this beautiful French sliding glass door! Looks fabulous.. love how much light comes in .. makes the room look so much larger! Just the perfect size to step out onto a new deck!

Good looking door, but I have an issue with alignment when closing. Inside door appears “bowed”.

My Husband and Son installed the door. They both said it was very easy. Looks Beautiful, easy to open and close. The screen is such a nice slide. The dead bolt on the side. I love that you can open the door just a tad and bolt lock it there. So air comes in but you cant get it. I would highly recommend this slider. We did have Home Depot deliver the door. It was packed very well.

Junk. Sits on track crooked. Outside handle is loose. Weathering stripping on gliding door falling off on first day of use. So much adhesive on both sides of glass that not only took hours to remove, but a large glob of it was covering a crack in the glass. Joints don't line up at corners. First winter weather 1 week after install and large amounts of ice accumulated on the glass inside of the house, so clearly not insulated properly. Gliding doors installed on 12/14/22. Left a voicemail for the manufacturer on 12/23/22. It's now 1/4/23, and no call back.

Shocked this is an offered product. Due to the blinds mechanism the door cannot slide more than 20". This is a smaller opening than standard interior passage doors. Can't believe this is offered as an exterior. Terrible design. Do not buy, especially if you expect your exterior doors to be wider than a linen closet door!

Purchased one left-hand slide for my downstairs walkway and was so impressed with the installation, function and aesthetics that, within a year, I purchased a right-hand slide for my upstairs balcony. The woodgrain interior goes equally well in each room. The new doors are heads-and-tails above the originals. I could feel the coldness coming in whenever I walked by them before, now, both rooms are much cozier and look much better too!

Nice door but the weather stripping is falling off the inside door. Not happy with that.

This slider door leaks. We’ve sealed everywhere imaginable around this door and it’s still leaking. It’s extremely disappointing and we are running out of things to do to fix the door. Also the locking mechanism is very poor. It’s very difficult to get it to latch and lock properly. The door was installed square and plumb. This door is going to rot my new construction floor and bedroom.

We had 4 of these professionally installed on a 3-season porch. Pros: They look nice (see photo), LOVE the top locking mechanism & that you can lock the door open. Cons: Handle lock on one stopped working after 5 weeks. Top lock on one gets stuck in locked position. Metal edges around top lock(where you have to stick your finger) are very sharp. Worst of all, one door has some kind of stuff between the panes of glass that looks awful (see photo). Wish better-quality doors had been available!

I went from french doors to a sliding patio door. I love it. Its a small area so the patio doors looks fantastic.

I'm very happy with this MP sliding door. Home Depot had the door in stock and the Home Depot installation went great. The door is well made and the installer did a great job of installing the door along with removal and haul away of the old door. Thank you Home Depot!
