Product looks great but was much more difficult to work with than lifeproof brand. Requires more force to click together but top sheets were more brittle and prone to damage from tapping during installation. If you are a beginner or have doors, trim, etc to work around, go with lifeproof. If you have experience with different flooring types and products, or have an easy straight forward installation, this product is fine.

We have experienced several issues with installing ...flooring will not seal properly. did not receive helpful suggestions from manufacturer. our store manager was very helpful.....

I am happy with the way this looks, but the friend who installed it, a professional with many floors to his credit, said it is the most brittle, difficult vinyl flooring he has ever worked with. So, fair warning.

Difficult to install

Flooring is great very happy with color and texture and would recommend it to anyone.

Installation is tricky. If you’re not careful, plastic ridges break off, and plank is junk. Pieces come apart easily until entire row is finished, causing you to go back and snap pieces together again. If you use a tapping block you have to be very careful, as vinyl surface will mar easily. One trick I learned was to use a piece of scrap plank and attach it to the piece you needed to tap, and tap on that.

So far our floors look great. We have the dark on the first floor and the lighter Koa on the 2nd. It looks great with our white cabinets and counter. It's so nice that we need to order more for other parts of our home that were not part of our addition.

This is an excellent alternative to actual wood flooring in a kitchen. Seems durable and looks great.

Don’t buy, It took us days and days to lay this floor, it’s very brittle on the corners and edges, the rubber type backing would not slide at all. We have laid flooring twice before and have never had a mess like this. I would of returned it, but I live 190 miles from the Home Depot. Go back to the old style and put the under lay down, then the flooring. The contractor nearly quit me but in the end the floor turned out beautiful......

Once you get a row or two going it goes faster. Be sure to have the proper tools

HD only displays the reviews they want you to see... Hawaiian Koa buyers beware! It is not as good a product as the cheapest brand available. I will use the cheep stuff again, from now forward for any project. HD doesn't report reviews sent in...just sayin' Disappointed in HD for sure...

The flooring is darker than depicted online, but nice quality and arrived earlier than expected.

Excellent durability, stands up to much wear and tear. will never go back to the old style!

Love this flooring and how it transformed my space! I want to give it a 5 star rating but I am not going to since it wasn’t the most easy to snap together! Good thing I had support with installing, definitely going to need a strong hand to help!

Beautiful after all planks laid out; everyone who has seen the new floors installed have commented the same; very much worth the price
