Called my order in to customer service and was sent the wrong color vinyl plank flooring, when I called to get it exchanged, they said I would have to pay a restocking fee to re order for the customer service representatives mistake. This is why I no longer shop your stores.

Very easy installation and return additional unused unopened boxes were a breeze.

Did the job and color matched well

The place in order for four boxes it was delivered to my house. I needed four more boxes. It wasn’t in stock. It was transferred to another store. That was not in stock. Ultimately, I canceled the order

I don’t write many reviews but it’s very surprising to me that this product has even “decent” reviews. It’s not very forgiving, at all. The tongue/groove and locking mechanism is so fragile compared to other brands like Lifeproof or Mohawk. I would not have chosen this product if it weren’t for the prior owners who installed this floor. I ended up ripping up half of it and reinstalling after I came across many broken planks. Working with the planks is a nightmare.

Flooring looks great completed. It was fairly easy to install but took longer than anticipated. Some pieces were harder than others to lock together and required undoing and redoing a few times. But overall worth it because it looks like quality wood!

Start of with saying i love this product and have installed multiple times but to wait for shipping jus to have every unit open and absolutely shredded to pieces is extremely disappointing, shipping department really needs to step up and make sure these products arent ruined by the time they get to the customers hands, absoulte waste of time and energy!!

For the money, this is solid flooring. Have installed twice and has been a breeze both times.

Locking system is horrible! Many places coming apart.

Had to return all boxes every single one came in with every end crushed and boxes already opened

I never received the flooring and still haven’t got a reimbursement or my floor found going on a month since it should have been delivered

I ordered 9 boxes. 7 showed up, all looked like returns, wrapped in packing tape, missing portions of container and even a fully taped closed box with only 4 sheets in it.
