Worst customer service
Poor design as there is no compression ring in this design. The only good thing is that once the sealing gasket inevitably starts to leak, you can call mustee and pay $15 in just shipping via donkey to get a new one. Mustee makes up for their poor produts and crappy delivery with the absolute worst customer service available! The lady at help desk was as “helpful “ as having two left shoes. Other than that i would recommend this product to my worst enemies only.

The (cheap looking) white plastic grate did not fit; we would have had to grind the edges down to use it in the shower base I had (a Sterling, so not a fly-by-night unit). Conveniently, we still had the chrome metal grate from the original drain. (this was a replacement job).
