Makes quick work of weeds. Will burn everything within a 15 inch radius too. If used for long burns, the tank will ice slowing the flow. Easily remedied if tank is in a water bath.

I'm surprised they let people like me own these things. Works great for killing weeds. The full-blast is a bit too much. The idle flame isn't flame isn't enough. Something in between would be better. More variability. I found that turning down the knob to barely above what's necessary for an idle flame causes the trigger to produce less "thrust" (for lack of a better term). But, it's a very small range on that knob where that happens. It's too bad this isn't more variable (or the trigger more variable).
