Great machine, very pleased so far

This product is not as good as the ice makers I have purchased.

Machine worked as expected, however, when I picked it up from Home Depot it was the last one available. The box was torn on the side but the team members told me they checked the contents and there was no damage. Because the ice maker was a gift and I had no time to look elsewhere I decided to trust the Home Depot employees. However, when the gift was opened indeed it had a big dent on the side. So my rating for the machine itself is good. I would recommend. But my rating for the Home Depot staff is negative, and I will likely shop elsewhere in the future.

Excellent purchase. Blends well with my kitchen. Requires minimal counter space. Fast ice production. A little noisey but not excessive.

This is our second one. First one lasted 2.5 years. Love the soft ice to crunch on. Have this one for a month.

It wasn't that fast making ice..the cubes stuck together & had to add water frequently. Did not meet my expectations!

Makes fast ice but it’s not very cold. Ofcourse it’s below freezing but not all that much. It’s constantly melting. Disappears quickly in drinks. But I like it!

This works beautifully! Met my expectations

I just purchased a new icemaker three days ago and it does not work. After reviewing videos and other reviews there appears to be a known issue with manufacturing, such as stripped screw, rusty pin, and motor not pumping even after all instructions have been followed. I will be retuning this to Home Depot tomorrow. I’m very disappointed because the New York Times just rated this brand as the top quality icemaker for low-cost in 2024. I DO NOT recommend!

I will return the product. It is not functioning well.

Ran it for six hours. Never produced a single ice cube. LOUD too. Returned it the day I bought it. Avoid.
