Freezer is great. I just wish that your web site had sent it to my Home Depot instead of one 1.5 hours away.....

I bought this to store breast milk and extra items we have in our freezer. I was excited because this unit got such great reviews. We received the freezer in a few days after ordering it. However, after plugging it in and waiting a day we moved everything down. I could immediately tell it was not getting cold enough because the milk was getting crystals on it like it was defrosting. I got a thermometer to confirm and it was 21 degrees at setting 4 when it’s supposed to be 0.

The reason we bought this freezer is because you can place your items horizontally and thus know what you have. In the usual freezers everything is stashed vertically so good luck finding a certain item. The freezer is functioning as expected.

We are Seniors and purchased this because the chest freezer was hard to bend into. This is perfect for our needs.

Didn’t work with dishwasher outlet so it was moved to another outlet and it works.

We've had this great little freezer about a month now and are very happy with it. Holds more than we thought, is very quiet and holds a steady temp (put a freezer thermometer inside so we can confirm it's at the right temp. We are using it for more long term storage, freeze the food before we put it in the mini freezer and minimize the number of times we open it, hoping that it won't need to be defrosted very often.
