Very happy with the purchase. Maple Pacifica has a beautiful color. It's not too dark or too light, just want we wanted. My husband used a nail gun to install it. The floor looks beautiful!

Searched long and wide to find a product and style we were looking for. We fell in love with this product at first glance. The quality and appearance is impeccable! Installation went smoothly and we love the final look!

Each plank may be slightly off color and off pattern to give it much more natural look. Would use this again.

Looking for great engineered flooring that wouldn't break the bank but still looked premium. This maple flooring really did the trick. In a location that might have been problematic for solid flooring, and not wanting to contend with sanding and polyurethane cost, this flooring really turned out great. And it is thick enough to sand down the road if needed. 5 stars all the way from Malibu!

Gorgeous flooring! We searched all over trying to right the floor and we're so happy we went with the Malibu Wide Plank Maple Cardiff flooring. It was easy to install and is the perfect color. We are so happy with it!

My husband and I searched for months and months as I am super picky about getting just the right color, size, and quality wide plank flooring. We ordered a little more than 2000 sq. ft. to redo mostly all the flooring in our house, and they were delivered promptly. A few boxes came damaged, but I could not have been more impressed with how Home Depot handled it. They sent someone out to pick up the damaged boxes, and quickly ordered us new ones without any hassle. The Maple Pacifica 1/2 inch engineered flooring was perfect in every way. My husband and I installed the floors ourselves with a recommended staple gun from the manufacturer and it was pretty easy/straight forward. We've had our flooring for almost 9 months now and every time we have family or guests come visit, they just rave about our floors and cannot get over how beautiful the color/finish is. I give this product 5 stars in quality, price, and ease of installment.

Installed 6 months ago and have had many compliments. Nice color variation/distressed markings. Easy to install. Doesn’t show dirt/dust easily.

I absolutely love this flooring! It is beautiful and has tons of character. I love that it has color variation and character without looking “messy”. It does scratch more easily than I had hoped. I feel like we need to be careful, especially with chairs. However, I should mention that I have 5 children and the flooring has been in for over a year. I’ve filled a few scratches, but the floor still looks fantastic. I would definitely install this flooring again.

These are beautiful floors we've been using for about a year now. Everybody that comes over always compliments them. It's also doable as a DIY project, but you need the tools and a little bit of patience. They've held up pretty well to scratches and so far, too. The stair noses were disappointing that the they didn't match exactly, but it matched good enough that nobody really cares or notices. If you do install them yourself don't tell anybody or they will be inviting you to do it at their house too.

For a kitchen/dining room remodel, my husband and I were searching for gorgeous, wide plank, lightly colored wood flooring. We are sticklers about it not looking cheap and I searched a long while for something that wouldn't break the bank and would also not force us to compromise on beauty and quality. This floors are a solid 10. They have a high-quality feel and the wood has a rich character. I'd highly recommend this floor.

Beautiful wood in a modern, neutral color. The shade is a perfect medium, not too light and not too dark. Strong and durable with straightforward installation. The only issue is the matte finish shows a lot of footprints and dirt when the natural light hits it. Needs to be dry mopped every day and wet mopped every two weeks. Very happy with this wood, we got lots of compliments .

We wanted a light wood flooring to replace old carpeting in our living, dining, family rooms and foyer. Searched many flooring stores in our area but couldn’t find just a the right shade and quality at a price that fit our budget. I was hesitant to order online but Home Depot often highlights Malibu Wide Plank on their website, so we ordered several samples of Maple Manhattan & French Ricon. The samples are of the thinner product (3/8”) but will better help you decide which stain to chose from as they will look somewhat different than the online pictures. We loved the color and variations of the Manhattan Maple and on purchased over 1000+ SF of the 1/2”. My husband installed after viewing the video and reading the instructions. Each board has a unique finish (matte, not glossy) and looks beautiful in our home. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend this product!

We bought this flooring for our kitchen and living room remodel and it is beautiful! The color is perfect, I was worried it would have too much of a red tone to it but it’s does not. We had no problem with any of the boards and used every piece. They went together nicely. So far they have held up and no scratches from normal walking around or my dogs running on it. They have a matte finish so they are not shiny. It’s beautiful and looks better than the samples. It does have a lot of character with knots and dark grain running thru some pieces but that is what I was looking for. They are great!

This flooring is very nice, and an excellent value. We had a nail-down install and it looks great. It is objectively great quality. I do wish I had taken the time to order the sample swatch because it was not totally as expected. The finish is extremely matte and velvety, which is nice on the feet, but kind of (in my opinion) feels like an artificial coating. ON the other hand this is what's going to make it hold up in my kitchen area, so it's a good thing, it's just not what I was expecting. I chose the Malibu color because it had the glow of wood I wanted, and it just feels coated. I would also say I was surprised that for getting the 1/2 inch I thought the wood layer (being engineered) would be thicker; not so. I wish I would have saved some money and got the 3/8 and it would be more flush with my entryway. Probably my mistake for not researching; I just thought the whole point of getting 1/2" was for a thicker wood layer you could conceivably refinish some day. This is not the case. Still, overall a very beautiful floor. One more bit of advice, if you look in the room photos provided, you will see some planks have dark splotches and knots present. Definitely order an extra case or two if this is going to bother you. I prefer the smooth planks and wish I'd had the foresight to order extra and pull out some of the dark/splotchy ones. A very few planks arrived damaged but within the % they ward you about - I was not bothered by this.

The floors are going in! They look amazing, I love them. The contractors advise to read the directions very carefully. there are certain nail/staple guns that dont work and the one that works well on auto is hard to find. They had to use one that is not auto, but it looks GREAT! Notice my review below, it is still true that there is more color variation than the close up pic suggests. The floors look almost unfinished and vary from white to rosy but they are just my style.

The wood looks great but scratches real easy. We had a contractor and he stapled it down with 3mm underlayment to build up to the 3/8 tile it was up agaist. The floor cracks and squeaks horribly.I called the manufacture and they said they would call back . They never did I answered spam calls for 3 weeks hoping it was them. I would not recommend due to no support from the manufacturer and the easy scratching.
