French Oak Belmont is a natural/brown color which undergoes a special European aging smoking technique used to enhance the depth and richness of the gorgeous French Oak species. Since Hardwood Flooring is a natural product, always best to work out of numerous cases during installation process to ensure a random appearance as flooring can have lighter, medium, and darker boards which provide gorgeous natural character. This collection features a wire brushed surface texture vs a smooth surface texture. The digital images and room scene for this Engineered Hardwood Floor are very accurate as the actual flooring was installed in a home to photograph the room scene. Hardwood Samples are available online in a 5" x 7" format. Unless multiple samples are purchased it can sometimes be challenging to see the true color from such a small sample size. This stunning Engineered Flooring collection comes in either a Click Lock 3/8” Thick x 6.5” Wide x Lengths to 47.6” or a Tongue & Groove 1/2” Thick x 7.5” wide x lengths to 74.8" and utilizes character graded hardwood to meet our design specifications. This character grade may include naturally occurring cracks, splits, knotholes, mineral streaks, filler for stability, etc. Due to the nature of natural hardwood flooring there can be a difference in samples and the received product due to a variety of issues, including color/tone, naturally occurring character imperfections such as knotholes and mineral streaks, etc, as well as grain orientation.
