Masonite strives to provide top quality products to customers and this is not something that we like or expect to hear. If a door unit does come damaged, we highly recommend taking it back to the retailer so you can receive the proper quality of door that would meet your expectations. We also do not recommend any trimming of bifold door units as this automatically voids warranty and does not allow for proper stability of the hardware in that door.
