The installation wasn't that easy. Because the opening of the door was a little bit smaller.

These doors are manufactured in Mexico using the same quality standards found in chinese made junk. They appear to be made of recycled pressed cardboard. Be very careful installing the pin and roller in the top of the door. The predrilled holes at the top of the doors aren't large enough to allow insertion without tapping on them to get them seated. Even with light tapping with a small hammer, the bottom of the plastic housings broke, eliminating the spring loaded feature. If you do want to use these doors, make sure to drill out the holes to be large enough to push the pin and roller in with finger pressure. Definitely not a recommended purchase.

The door is flimsy but it work & too expensive

The Pivots are made really cheap and break when trying to insert into the door, I called the Masonite Helpline number on the instructions and they were no help, told me to take them back to the store. Also missing one of the screws for the knobs. Would not recommend.

I have no complaints about this door set. I used two to fill a 47.5" uncased opening and they look and operate just fine. Being hollow-core and very lightweight, they are, perhaps, suitable only for a closet (unless your monster is particularly noisy.)

Perfect fit. Great look for the bedroom. Excellent service at the store.

Terrible quality. Absolutely hated the quality on them, measurements were off, just utter garbage. Save your time and money. Pay the extra cash and get something worth it, not this junk.

The packaging clearly states that this is 80" for an 80 1/2 opening but it's only 78 7/8. Not happy about having to haul it back to the store. Maybe it's for the best since I see that a lot of other reviewers aren't happy with the doors also

I have already returned this item 2 x and need to make it a 3rd the pre drilled holes for the hardware are too small and break when you go to tap them in. If I could give zero I would

I have installed dozens of these doors. They are, unfortunately the industry standard garbage. The fiberboard that the guide pins install in are extremely low density and barely 1 1/2" thick. The side filler pieces are 1/2" to 3/4" thick. I have come across filler pieces that were tapered in thickness down to thin cardboard. The "hard" ware is pathetic. Almost every spring loaded top hinge pin does not function properly after it is pressed into the pre-drilled hole. The predrilled holes are NEVER drilled in the center (front to back). One slab of the bi-fold could have the top hole off center to the rear and the bottom hole will be close to the front face of the door. Same with the other slab. Masonite has very poor (at best) quality control. Their hinged doors are even worse. I have yet to see any of their pre-hung doors have hinges that are mortised to the same depth as each other. At least half of the hinge screws are stripped also. Just as the materials that the doors are made of have gotten thinner and cheaper the screws are now 5/8" long instead of 3/4". The doors are not less expensive they are just made cheaper.

these made a big difference in the closet/storage area and looked so much more finished than the louvered ones they replaced. Everything came with them for the needed installation - track screws, etc., and they were pretty easy to install. Negative was the texture of the backs or inside of the door and the exposed strip top to bottom when the doors are opened: very grainy looking and rough to touch. Used a satin finish white paint with no primer, but probably should have used a primer to seal and then top coat then satin finish. They do look nice "closed" and I would recommend this product.

Not worth the money. Poorly made. Weird yellow tint and when you open them the seam looks different from the rest of the door. Would not buy again.

Fine for what it is. Easy enough to install, all the parts included.

The holes were in the wrong place do not purchase

This one is beyond bad. It looks good from a distance. But every material used to make this door is low grade that cannot possibly last. I hung this door last Oct. And I had to modify the hardware mounting points because they were done incorrectly. And seeing that its made of very low grade fiber material, I knew it wouldn't last. The holes finally gave way this month. Busted through.

It met all my expectations

The hardware at the top of the door includes a spring mechanism to hold it in the track. The holes are so tight or the hardware sleeve is so large, the sleeve squeezes the spring inside preventing it from operating properly. The only way to remedy the situation is to shave down the sleeve and/or bore out the hole in the top of the door a little. If you insert the hardware as instructed they are difficult to remove without damaging them them.
