Door install was easy but install directions on this 2 piece ore hung door were hard to find. No instructions in box and rough opening was larger than actually needed. Be aware if the width of the wall as this is critical to the two piece installation.

I'm a contractor and my most recent customer/homeowner puchased several of these prehung doors at Home Depot. They were the worst interior doors I have ever had to install. The margin of the trim to the jamb varied from 1/2" to flush. The casing was at least a quarter inch long on all the frames, causing me to have to cut every one, which is time consuming. Many of the staple heads were left partially sticking out and many of them shot out on the inside of the jambs. Just horribly put together. And I had to spend tons of time cleaning them before I could paint because they had black marks all over them. I would look elsewhere to get prehung doors.

Went through dozens of these doors looking to match what is at customers homes for remodeling job...
Went through dozens of these doors looking to match what is at customers homes for remodeling jobs, every year they just keep getting worse. the reveal is terrible on all these doors, 1/16 on one side and 3/8 on the other, there is no quality control or training for whoever built them, the routes on the hinges are blown out and the lock set bores don't match the casing, even seen one today that they screwed the hinges in the face of the door then threw in putty on the holes, dont waste time or money shopping for doors here.

there doors can't expect much.
normal doors only issue I ever have is Staples going through the split trim make sure you look for them and pull them out first or you'll damage the split and these casing

Absolutely the best operating door in our home.
I purchased this door a few months ago to close off a room in our basement to keep our dog out. The pre-hung door was easy to install and it actually is so square and level in placement that it closes too well, no resistance whatsoever. I love this door and would recommend it to anyone.

Easy installation
Most of the interior doors I've installed over the 10 years I've been a carpenter I've used these doors. They aren't fancy but I don't find the cheap either, they are a good interior door that are easy to install provided you have good openings to install them in.

Disappointed
I bought one of the doors where the frame comes in pieces. Instructions state that the header comes predrilled to prevent mdf from splitting. Had to redrill larger because the pilot holes were too small for the screws specifically provided for the header, and they were splitting the frame. The hinges had presunk locations on the door and frame, the ones on the frame side were 1/8" further apart, making it near impossible to attach the door to the frame.

Purchase six of these doors at Home Depot. Got the doors home and they were junk. Staples in the trim holding the trim on the door facing sticking out, cracked trim, stripped screws holding the hinges. It took me a couple hours per door to fix the problems before I painted them. If I had not already gotten into this project I would have returned all six doors. Lowes has much better quality doors. I will never buy anything again from Home Depot. One of the doors was cracked so I took it back to exchange it in Christiansburg, VA. Told thee different people of how terrible the quality of these door were and they just blew it off without even offering an apology.

Masonite Interior Pre-hung Door Poor Workmanship
The doors were in good condition, however, the quality of the work in hanging the doors was very poor. I purchased 5 doors. Only one door did not have defects. On 3 doors the hinge mortises were uneven and the hinges sat at an angle and protruded above the jamb. The screws on 2 hinges were installed at an angle and projected above the hinge face. On 2 door frames the staples attaching the jamb came through the finished side of the jamb. On one door the staples were right at the outside edge and the jamb header came off. I had to spend time fixing all the problems. They are not visible when you buy the doors due to the packaging.
