Allowed me to keep the ducting flat and low profile inside cabinets.
For a microwave hood. Allowed me to keep duct flat against the back of cabinet.

Solid duct
Not much you can say about a duct. Product was as expected, and fit my microwave as I needed it to. Quality is 4 out of 5 because there were some small gaps/holes at some of the corners where two pieces of metal came together. I simply used some Duct Tape (the metal tape) to make sure it was sealed up 100%.
