This griddle is NOT non-stick. First use was blueberry pancakes - the blueberries immediately stuck to the surface and now there are black marks that can't be removed and are sticky. The other thing I noticed the pan is so light that just poring the pancake batter resulted in the pan moving.
I replaced this piece of junk within a week of its purchase.

Just what I needed!! I love having a square flat griddle for cooking sandwiches, especially grilled cheese. Great for frying bacon and so many other foods.
